ASDA superstore in Boston

Great store, best prices too. Great selection of clothing. They have a fresh cake store inside as well as a café. Always polite and friendly staff. Stock is normally replenished when running low.

Worst shop ever. Just to add the Sushi Daily in store is the worst sushi ive ever eaten. Bland with crunchy rice. Ive had better at a petrol station

I contacted my local asda to find out todays fuel pump price no info on eebsite so called and cant get through to customer service you have stock that you sales with price why not with fuel price say every morning refresh and display price i live outside boston so i have to go and drive to store,this is a customer that wont ill go elsewhere,i got through to customer service by cheating to auto menu pretending i was a member of staff that took me to customer service,asked why fuel prices not displayed on site,she went away guessing maybe shd went out into street to view price,the price is a further 2p increase from thursday today saturday and this is after gov reduced the 5p duty,its all explortation making money from its customers

Amazing range of different products, with a café. A store expansion would be useful as it was crowded, so quite hard to move around the store, and there was some 'trolley traffic jams'.

Asked for panini and was told they have none and no tosties either so then went back to menu and ordered two pizzas and was told they don’t have those and that they only had two types which we didn’t originally order so had to have thos very unsatisfied

Like the store but cafe let's it down. Ordered 2 full English breakfasts and 2 diet cokes. Waited 25 minutes for 2 very basic breakfasts which were cold and the drinks were flat. Several dirty tables and floor was disgusting. Won't be using again

Friendly and helpful staff, always service with a smile! :) supermarket with lots of variety to offer including a cake shop, bakery, George home and clothing etc and a good sized customer restaurant and toilets in store too.Lots of parking, enough parent and child spaces too. Click and collect is simple and efficient as well.

Fantastic store for the residents of Boston and Surrounding Villages. We actual travel in from Spilsby (about 15 mile out).Staff friendly,, and very helpful.Great range if clothes, kitchen and homeware. Electrical, DVDs, games and consoles..lPizza counter and a deli counter. It's great value buying a pizza there to cook at home

It's a large supermarket in the centre of the town, so it becomes a staple weekly shop for many of the residents of Boston. It has everything you would need in terms of food (which vary in price depending on the quality you want i.e. Smart Price and Extra Special) and nutritional intake such as WeightWatchers products. Also sells a wide variety of clothes, books, stationary etc. which are also relatively cheaper than other places in Boston. This supermarket is always prepared for seasonal events such as Christmas and Easter, and have a range of season-related items to choose from.The staff have good customer service skills and are quick to attend to a problem you have, and keep the store organised and clean.This store also has a Cafe and Pharmacy but I personally wouldn't recommend either, which is why I rated ASDA Boston 4 stars. I would highly recommend going to other Cafes in town and a different pharmacy as this one for me has always been slow with prescriptions.
