Boston Kebab House in Boston

We took for a try 2x mix , and lamb kebab , for all paid approximate £25. When arrived at home we were shocked, for the lamb kebab we had a few pieces of the lamb with the salad, no fries were added, therefore while making an order we were not asked about the fries. Mix kebabs were disaster, the meat was putted on some kind of paper, it was impossible to eat as all was wrapped around the paper. Bellow I have attached the picture from a mixed kebab plate, this kind of meet it was impossible to eat it was dry , fatty and hard , you could not even bite it. We were so disappointed to receive this kind of meal for this amount of money , not worth at all , if you would like to eat kebab , I would recommend to choose another place.

Kebab meat and chips, was surprised with the amount of grease swimming at the bottom of the tray but I guess the chips at the bottom had achieved their soaking potential. I'm just glad the tray had a gallon of mayo on top to mask the flavour. I'm glad Ignoring the notes added on the order asking for plain hotdog made me remember I don't like sauce. These are the reasons I don't use them but gave them a chance, but now reminded why I stopped a long time ago. I'll stick to speedies!

Could do with a good clean and some hygiene training for the staff. Food was very ordinary and the portions not overly generous better off going to one of the other nearby takeaway/diners. If you still worry about covid give this place a wide berth

Went in to order a takeaway tonight, the guy serving couldn’t understand English and what we wanted to order, we had even written it down and still came home to discover the order was completely wrong, it wasn’t a difficult order quite straight forward, we will not be returning.

Spot on. Food came within the hour, still hot and very tasty. Got everything I ordered. Delivery driver was very polite and patient. Ordered using the Boston Kebab House app. Will order again.

Waste of time, a delivery that was supposed to be 60 minutes took 3 hours. The second time I rang the staff member shouted at me that he had already told me it was on its way, it was another hour after this it turned up cold. Rude, ignorant, lying staff.

Went in to make an order and take away with me. Only person in there. Sat down to wait. While sat waiting 6 guys came in who were of the same nationality as the guy serving. All 6 had there food before me 🤔. Not sure about that really. Welcome to multicultural Boston. West Street dinner is far better

Absolute joke. Delivery didn't arrive. When queried it via contact form approx 1.5-2hrs later, no reply. When phoned almost an hour after this (we assumed they were extremely busy or the order had been missed, had to wait 2hrs + once before) was told it had been delivered ages ago. However we hadn't actually received it, obviously delivered elsewhere and accepted by another household. Phoned the next day to arrange refund or redelivery to be refused because the driver is insisting it was delivered to us. Certainly won't be going back or recommending this place anymore.

AWFUL food. We was order house special kebab. after we try meat oh it was fat not a meat it was horrible taste and chicken with skin make me sick. Ooo after delivery we was contact Boston kebab house about fats and skin in kebab for more like 14£. they said that no return accepted and its perfect kebab. I will show you a picture fats what we found in box after open. do not order at this place. usually we have order from different place and all the time we get fresh,hot and no fat or skin and portions much bigger what about price its 10£. So order in Boston Kebab House its waste money,time and but taste food.
