If I could rate zero I would, all you can eat breakfast for £9.50! I would expect better service and better food at that price. The food was disgusting, and not replenished for other diners who was complaining they wanted a refund as it was that shocking. Staff didn’t know what they was doing. I would never return again.

came today with family for the Sunday carvery and in the price that includes soup for starters and there wasn’t any soup as it’s usually help yourself. So the price for just the carvery is expensive. Also I ordered 2 chicken nuggets and chips there was about 8 bits of chicken poppers and maybe 12 chips what was rock solid. There wasn’t much at all for what I was paying. Also with a 7 year old who’s autistic and was being quite loud she doesn’t speak so it’s only way to express herself and we was getting funny looks and being made to feel very uncomfortable as though we shouldn’t be there. I’m not happy at all with the experience I received today

Poor service . Food was not to bad. Only 1 on the bar meant long wait to even order food. Service was slow and half of us had already eaten our main course before the others had been served. Quite a lot of things not avaliable from the menu overall a disappointing evening out with friends. Seemed more interested in getting ready for their staff party than actually serving customers.will not be in a hurry to return .

Having used their restaurant, l have found the quality of food from the kitchen to be cold .Don't think that the chef's presentation is the best.House manager needs to get hold of the rains. They seem to cover up the complaints by offering a refund.Asked to see the manager not available, but they said ,quote their apologies and offered a sweet. Not a satisfactory sorry solution .

I'll be honest, not the best service, booked a table to have a carvery to be told at the till there was no carvery even though I could clearly see it, when I asked why it was because the chef didn't want to he was on a break. Wanted a mixed grill but couldn't have that as there was no one available to griddle it (but burgers were done). Requested the smothered chicken which was served without the bacon or mozzarella on it, when this was pointed out we were offered a free pudding which would of been acceptable had it not taken 45 minutes to arrive. What could of been a hearty meal taking an hour or so, was 20 minutes of eating and 2 and a half hours of waiting. Not impressed.

Turned up for breakfast at 09:55 2 adults 2 children was abruptly asked if we booked, I said no. She came back minute later and said they have no space. This is despite several empty and dirty tables available. Absolutely shocking they could have easily cleaned a table or gave us a empty table. This never return here again and more than likely will be a key factor when booking a hotel now. Premier Inn is definitely off my list.

We called in without booking for a Sunday lunch today, it was full but they managed to squeeze us in. The food was lovely, couldn’t fault it, the staff were efficient and friendly. There was a notice up of the food which wasn’t available which I’ve attached but if you don’t go just cos they aren’t on the menu that’s not the Burtons issue, it’s yours. Well done guys. You’re doing great in tough times !!

Perfect for lunch if you are looking for cheap food and good service in a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere. £8.99 for 2 main courses at lunch time is jolly good value.Only 3 stars because the food is pretty standard fare; there's nothing on the menu in any way inspiring. Having said that I'd definitely return

Standards have certainly drastically gone down since my last visit. Food is in paltry portions, very greasy & nothing to write home about. The waitress who bought our meals to our table asked if we would like any sauces, when we said yes she appeared to be taken aback that she had to go to get some. When she returned with them she was clearly not happy. For the price we paid I assumed that I would feel like I'd enjoyed my meal but I didn't. Lastly there was no toilet paper in the ladies toilet cubicle. The manager clearly needs to take a step back & have a good look at how the customer feels. Disappointed to say the least.

Awful, food plus service and a rip off.Dry tasteless burgersChicken on salad was rock hard (waitress changed but not much better) salad £9 looked like a garnish!!Chips were coldThe list of food and drink NOT available is now bigger than the reduced menu. The carpet ISNT cleaned between customers we had trodden in food where we were sat.Keep driving and find anywhere else
