Castle Inn in Boston

It wasn't too busy when we got there but it was getting a bit on the late side when we got there so mught have just missed the rushFood was delicious. The portions are very generous so make sure you are hungry when you go.The roast dinner was delicious and my partner had the big pig/hog cant remember exactly (a massive breakfast).Cannot fault the food or the staff on the day we went. The childrens play area is fenced off from the car park with a gate so nice and safe and there was a few bits for toddlers swings a see saw aeroplane and a big climbing frame so enough to keep all ages entertained. There was no toddler swing but not a major issue.Would highly recommend this pub. good proper food good selection at the bar beers and spirits nice atmosphere friendly staff☆☆☆☆☆

Too much on one plate, best to have side dishes . Tuna bake too stoggy too much pasta.Seemed short staffed

Not my ideal place but not bad. Food OK but nothing special. Reasonably priced.

Enjoyed a lovely meal here today, the portions are very generous and the food is really good quality. We had the combo starter and it was all very tasty but the pork was outstanding!! I also found it had a nice atmosphere and they were more than welcoming.

Had meal for sister bday 9 adults 1 dog 🐕 ordered starters 9 mains and 1 slice toast for 🐕 finished starters mains all came out but 1 no toast to be told no bread 😕 and something happened to chicken so had to start from scratch half way through the missing 1 came out under my nice big battered fish yummy 😋 were my chips 🍟 where I seen tomato 🍅 sauce on few chips which I didn't put they I felt sick told barman asked for manager 😢 he said he would scrape them off we were discussed said keep it can't eat it no manager went to pay barman said not to pay for starter I said nothing wrong with starter not paying for main get manger she came out said you had eaten most of it yes which makes it worse I refused to pay for main she throw hands in air said something walked off no apology 😢 group of other people walked out fire alarm going going off on off on what a he'll hole of a pub 😢 really needs new staff management

Party of 6. All served together and food was hot. Excellent quality food and service. Would recommend and we will return.

Not good in group of 9 1 meal came as the other 8 nearly finished half way though noticed red sauce on chips i didnt have red sauce after telling them i refused to pay for manager was rude and unhelpful couldnt even say sorry i can only assume the sauce was from another meal
