Superb little B&B that gets better and better every time we visit. The rooms are immaculately kept, with lovely decor and plenty of room for singles, couples or families. On site is a cosy little bar that is manned by very friendly staff who are always happy to help. The carvery, served on Sundays, is a real highlight: the meat is cooked to perfection and comes with all the trimmings you could want, also delicious.I would highly recommend this location for anyone who is looking to visit Boston, as it is far superior to any chain hotels you might find.

Had some friends over pre booked had Sunday lunch home cooked carvery delicious choice of meat fresh vegetables and we had lemon sponge for pud nice looking forward to nxt vist car parking available helpful staff

Warm and welcoming.Excellent accommodation lovely family run b and b. Breakfast was fantastic even though we forgot to book it they made it for us. Would definitely recommend it and planning to go back soon.

Best breakfast around by far. All cooked fresh friendly and welcoming staff nothing too much trouble. Can't wait to try the lunch and dinners. Would definitely recommend going.
