Kfc in Boston

Arrived very quick but unfortunately my burger was cold my can of drink was warm and they gave me a tub of colslaw and no chips. Don't know what they expect me to use the colslaw for. Rubbish service

Staff are friendly, food is cooked right. Just a shame with the amount of teenagers hanging around inside not actually eating from KFC. Just seems like a hangout in the daytime.

Every delivery was missing something, last one shocked me. Ordered boneless chicken,got hot wings. 👍😁

It was a very hot, very busy evening and apparently some staff were off sick with heat exhaustion. The few remaining staff rallied and pulled the order together, although they were out of several products. Well done.

Always freshly cooked. Pre order online and check in on arrival for really quick service.

Food is excellent but service a little slow...... but good on a whole 👍

Better than it used to be. Staff got stressed when busy, but at least the rats have gone. Missed out part of my order.

It's a pity you couldn't award this place 0 stars ? A complaint was made about about tower burger not tasting and cooked rite. It was taken back wanting just to replace the burger, and NOTHING was done about it ? The staff refused and not even given an apology ?This is not the first time the food was not up to standard and luke warm, for how much you pay, which is now expensive.We advise you to avoid this Boston K F C at all costs .

Girl that served me (Egle- not sure about spelling) was nice and she really tried to serve whole queue by herself asap. She also had good menu knowledge. The food however not as good. Chips were lifeless with black bits in and fell out of packaging into the bag. Pepsi was flat and spilled out of the cup. Boneless chicken pieces were nice. Chicken popcorn a bit less. I don't think quality is reflected in the price.
