Mama's Grill in Boston

Just had a fantastic meal in this place tonight. It was a last minute decision and we're glad we came! I had the starter of honey glazed ribs, The sauce was beautiful!, what I really wanted to do was to lick the plate, but, I felt embarrassed in case I was seen doing it!! Ha Ha!! Husband had pollo kiev, lashed that off, son had a pizza. All delicious!We all finished with this divine nutella cheesecake, omg its lush!! Weve had it before as a takeaway and we've all dreamt of having it again!!, I'll HAVE to look up recipe to do it myself, wonder if it will taste the same though??!!Service is brilliant, very professional!! A huge thumbs up from this family!!

Brilliant service, food was fantastic. Definitely recommend it to anyone. Garlic mushrooms were the best I've ever tasted. Definitely will be visiting again.

Food lovely but yet again a long wait . Over half an hour for starters . It was busy but this is the 3rd time we have waited a long time. Food very good when arrived asked for extra gravy. The bill came and £1 was added to my dismay for the smallest pot of gravy. Come on you must be joking. And a pound for tomato ketchup. Never had this any other resteraunt. Mamas get back to basics or you will loose customers

Over booked, which meant our table wasn’t ready. So went to the bar to order drinks whilst we waited. Bar staff so rude and dismissive, that we decided to leave and found a lovely little restaurant in Houghton-le-Spring. Ended up being a great night.

Excellent food, great prices, nice atmosphere. Would 100% go again. I do think the main waiter with the glasses needs to be a little more polite to staff and colleagues

Had a great, fresh homemade meal. You can tell when food is home cooked and this all was. Soup and cannelloni were delicious. Restaurant was spotlessly clean and prices were great too!

Food is really nice, definitely the best thing going for this place. We ate in and had pre booked.Restaurant was clean, well designed and laid out beautifully.It would have been a 5 but I think the Management needs a little more communication. The bar lady had drinks to go out but they weren’t being served, and there was a obvious squabble, and we did have to keep reminding them to bring certain things.This issue can be easily ironed out however so shouldn’t really be a long term thing… very excited to come back again with these improvements in place.Special consideration to a male waiter with a slim build and dark hair, his attention and care with our young girl was above and beyond!

Went for lunch today for the 1st time with friends. Food was very nice and good sized portions, even from the happy hour menu. Staff were friendly. Place was clean and covid precautions in place. Will definitely go again....

Really loved this place, classic Italian with a modern twist. Highly recommended a visit, the menu suits everyone. Great service too with friendly staff.
