The Kings Head in Boston
Where is The Kings Head?
π Church Rd, Freiston, Boston PE22 0NT
"If you're looking for a traditional village pub then look no further than The Kings Head. Located in the village of Freiston, a little way north of Boston in Lincolnshire, the pubs low ceilings create an intimate atmosphere and a warm friendly welcome to customers old and new. A proper Bateman's village pub in the heart of a proper Lincolnshire village. We're situated ideally for something to eat and drink on the way to, or indeed the way back from, Skegness. We offer fine ales, lagers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and more alongside home cooked favourites from the kitchen. There may be a slight wait for food when we are busy as we will not compromise on quality."

Been in lockdown and searching for an experience to reintroduce you to what life should be again? Look no further than the Kings Head in Frieston. We had not been there for the whole of the lockdown, and finally felt brave enough to venture out!!! Met Wayne first and Dawn later. Have not been made so welcome in a pub for years, at first on our own and later joined by all of the locals. Everyone was wonderful, friendly, open and engaging, what a place! Old fashioned hospitality, and (if you remember) real conversation and banter! We loved it so much, we stayed for the best fish and chips we have had for years! We are going back for Sunday lunch, from our new friends recommendation, the best in the area, can't wait. See you all Sunday, thanks for reminding us what we have all missed! Col and Jen. Xx

We have in the last few weeks had a few meals from this super pub. Our first evening we were greeted by very cheerful bar staff that turned out to be the owners. Had a lovely well priced , good home cooked meals and a great Guiness. We returned for Sunday dinner the next week and again had a sumptuous roast with all the trimmings, dog friendly as well so our little man come along to.Throughly recommended well worth a visit.Julie and the gang.
