Andy's Fish Bar in Broxtowe

Brilliant fish and chips...worth travelling for. Everything is always do fresh and the welcome, service and friendliness is excellent....and it's been like that for years. Don't go anywhere else if you're in the NG10 area.

Very disappointed with the Chips, We seemed to get the dregs all the small bits that looked and tasted like they had been there a while. Nor were they that hot when we got them home despite me putting them in a thermal bag. I think we ended up with the last ones of the last fry. As they did put fresh in as someone came in behind us.The other things we had were spot on so it was a shame. Will try again. Not quite yet though.

My wife is coeliac. Best Gluten Free fish and chips around.

The staff are friendly and the food is delicious! The portions are big. The fish has been cooked fresh for me every time I've visited.

I went today to get some chips and curry and I haven't had chips that taste so good in years fantastic customer service and great tasting food

Andys Fish Bar first timers!! It DEFINITELY won't be the last! Good sized portions, we had freshly fried Haddock and chips. We'll worth the wait. Crispy light batter, plenty of chips served by a very cheerful and well organised crew. Just wish it was closer to home!

Service very slow. There was 6 members of staff on and plenty of food ready yet still took over 10 mins to serve me and 2 other people people (staff kept disappearing off or to busy chatting). Shame because the food itself was very nice (the cod was particularly Good) and not too expensive

Lovely friendly staff. The fish is the best in nottigham, tastes so fresh. Chips are amazing too. Lovely clean place. Amazing and tasty! Also like the mint sauce in peas :)

Excellent fish and chips. Easy to use online ordering; nice, orderly, clean shop, and punctual delivery with realtime updates of your order's progress. Brilliant! Exactly how a modern yet traditional chippy should run. And the food is always perfect!
