Beefeater Grill in Broxtowe

We waited a good 5 minutes to be acknowledged by any staff member, maybe due to staff being on their phone in the bar, we ordered food and were told that we had 10 minutes to order as they stopped food between 3.00pm & 5.00pm, for a big pub chain we were very surprised they didn't have mayonnaise, how hard can it be to go to the supermarket and buy some to cover you until your delivery arrives. On the plus side the food was good.

Will definitely be visiting again. Staff were very polite, friendly and super helpful. The food was delicious and arrived quite quickly. The place was clean and had a lovely atmosphere. I liked the layout of the place, the bar is separate to the restaurant so no hustle bustle or drunks near where your relaxing and eating, and the restaurant layout is very different to other places which makes it different and quirky.

Tuesday evening I was served by Alison very friendly, helpful and professional, Wednesday and Thursday I was served by Amanda who was also very friendly, helpful and professional. Constantly topping up my drinks all evening, great staff. Because of these two individuals I would come back here, they really made my visit an enjoyable one. Food was also of a great standard.

7 of us out for dinner - 4 adults, 3 kids. Had to wait a long time to get our drinks after ordering. Meals came quickly, and the portion size was really good. Average food quality (my ribs were quite dry).

Our young waitress was a complete joy and made the meal even more enjoyable. The food was also enjoyable but selection was somewhat curtailed due to shortages as a result of delivery problems. This was not our first visit, nor was it our last.

Came here for breakfast yesterday and it was great value with lovely staff and the food was superb.

Love this place. It is so well decorated and the different levels make it so interesting. The food was really good. The reason I have given 4 stars not five is the 3 choices my husband chose for dessert were unavailable. Overall good experience.

Staff friendly and food tasty unfortunately a lot of the menu was missing due to stock issues hence the 3 star

We had the best Father's day. The food was fantastic. Ample parking spaces. Excellent observations of the Covid protocols. The place was very clean and the food was so delicious. We were served by an excellent customer's service by Tiffany. She was also friendly to my children.
