Met son for chat. My coffee was ok but my son had tea which was so weak, it already had milk in the mug, the tea bag was one of those triangle ones, couldn't squeeze tea out of it, he went to the counter got another tea bag, waste of time. Left tea in the end. I kept my coat on as don't think there was any heating on. Won't be going again. Will probably go next door when the de-lux fish/chips restaurant opens.

Not my kind of place, but great for those who want to socialise in a pleasant environment away from alcohol. Food and drink seem pricy to me but I guess you pay for the use of the amenities. My wife loves the place, so perhaps it's my tight Yorkshire roots.

Whenever I visit Beeston Nottingham I come to this Costs twice a day. Clean and nice atmosphere. Very friendly and cheerful staff, the gentleman works there remember me as Lady from London and always make me feel special. Thsnk you all. Keep up good work 👏

The assistant At the counter [ Name badge " Abi" lacks personal Customer Service skills....Not stating an Appology after giving a takeaway cup for a sitting in request and needed prompted to give receipt...which is necessary to get code to access Toilet .However; other staff members like ' Amanda " are cheerful 😊

One of the better Costas. Large and spacious inside, clean tidy and never too busy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food and drink as you would expect in any Costa.

Was a bit of a queue but they acted by the manager using the other machine at the back which soon speeded up. Coffees were good. Bit slow clearing tables

Great service and fast serve time. The drink I had was an iced caremel latte and it was the best one I've had from anywhere. The atmosphere in the costa was nice and the decor was to a sophisticated taste had a lovely time and I'll definitely be going back and recommending to my friends

Excellent service. Queues for service well distanced and quick moving. Tables were cleared and sanitised promptly. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Our drinks were carried to the table as my colleague had stitches in the eyelid and eyebrow after an operation and was struggling to see properly. The help was very much appreciated. One of the best Costa establishments I've ever used.
