Costa Coffee - Toton in Broxtowe

Good in-store facility at Tesco Toton store.Met my general expectations as regards access, facilities, cleanliness, great coffee and efficient service.

The only dairy free option... asked if I wanted butter on a teacake after asking for dairy free. Pleasant friendly staff though

Love Costa but staff always look rushed/stressed. Although they are lovely it rubs off.

Gets very busy . Didn't have enough seating area. No privacy if you needed it to have meeting or conversation.

Nice to relax with a coffee after shopping.

Clean and tidy and these days this branch is not too busy despite being in house to a supermarket. The staff are friendly and there are good and strict Covid procedures in place. The branch overlooks the store so you can watch people shop in that's your thing. There are up and down escalators but also a lift for disabled users as well. It is actually a nice quiet area to relax overall with Costa's quality and reputation added in.

Nice little Cost, the cafe has a lovely atmosphere. Not sure about the recent refurb but still a nice place to sit and chill out. Staff tend to be pretty efficient even when there's a big queue you don't have to wait too long. Be warned that it can be very busy in a morning after the school run.

Very good staff but all food has no healthy options

This Costa has the worse level of customer service that I've been to in the area. It seems that every staff member has no real skill in basic service. Little hint; a smile and greeting goes a long way! I get the feeling the staff don't wont be there. Despite this, the actual coffee shop has a nice atmospher.
