Domino's Pizza in Broxtowe

We normally have no problems, we have picked up and ordered for parties, but yesterday was just plain awful. The driver could not find us - despite postcode and descriptions, when I tried to explain talked over me and we finally ended up with just about warm pizza stuck to the lid. Given that Domino's is not cheap - even with discounts- this was not a good experience. .

Alhamdulilah this was good. Chicken pizza was tasty. They have offers on. Efficient service. The chicken is halal here so its all good :)

Don’t order a Double Decadence from here. The oozing sauce in the advert is not what you’ll get. Our pizzas had barely a scraping of the cheese sauce. We just ended up with two dry thin crusts that were barely stuck together as there wasn’t any sauce. I scraped in between the bases where the cheese sauce should be and a minuscule amount came off on my knife. They shouldn’t be worrying about food costs when you are paying an extra £3 per pizza for the sauce.

I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza this evening and it arrived COLD, hence the one star. Judging by the pizza tracker, it was prepared and cooked in a very short time period. Then it sat, and sat, supposedly being quality checked. About 10 minutes later it was apparently still being quality checked but I suspect we were simply waiting for someone else's order to be baked. Unsurprisingly, the pizza arrived COLD.

Rude staff, they were busy talking when I walked in the shop. They'd seen me but still carried on talking for a few minutes till I started knocking on the glass and saying hello. No apology. Previously I had ordered a garlic bread from here with hardly any cheese on it and tomato sauce. I asked them to make sure it had plenty on this time but they didn't seem to care. The food was again disappointing as last time. For £4.99 for a tiny garlic bread, I wish I'd gone to the supermarket and bought one from there! They were on their mobiles and didn't seem to care about hygiene either esp with the corona virus about at the moment. Most did not wear masks and those that did had them pulled under their chins. I don't know why I bother coming here

Walked in. Order was quickly taken and served. Fresh piping hot pizza that was totally delicious!!!Whole waiting watched the delivery guys, omg. They do an AMAZING job. Fast and furious. Please never shout at them if they are late, or got lost. They literally run non stop!!!

Ordered today and I know it was snowing but it said you can order regardless so we ordered our pizza waited an hour and a half so i called them 5 times and they ignored the calls and then after all that time just decided to put a notice up to say we can't order for delivery. It's been snowing all day and they only just decided to put up that notice at 11 o'clock at night. And now I am left with no food cause it's too late to order from anywhere else or even go to the shops cause everything is closed ! A call would be nice just to let people know earlier.
