Franky & Benny's in Broxtowe

My daughter and I had popped in for a little breakfast. She had pancakes which were good I ordered a small/standard cooked breakfast but the bacon looked grey and a bit weird. The lady that served us was absolutely lovely and I had wished I had of got her name, really tall brunette lass, she does the restaurant proud. We are fans of this chain but the bacon that day was rather off putting.

Good food,great value on lunchtime menu. Staff very friendly and nothing to much trouble. Mark was great.

I can never complain whenever I visit, for breakfast I ordered The Big One, and the portion size is spot on. Sorry no photos to share but rest assured it is worth it 🙂

Ｆ＊＊king terrible service for waitress.I totally understand that there are so many people at weekend and waitress are all busy for service customers.We waited for more than 45 mins and we just ask for which step for food prepared. Btw，I just order two pastas.But the waitress blablabla talk so many useless things by impolite attitude，meanwhile，I just want they check the process.Hope they can do more good service at future. And also have more patient for solve this busy situation.

First time I've visited frankie & benny. Real nice food and waiter Mark brilliant definitely loves his job thank you Mark for making mine and my 2 daughters visit such fun. Taking the micky 😜

Good service, very attentive staff, Prompt cooking, all food arrived to table hot, they even made a fuss over the 5yr olds birthday by giving a cake and singing happy birthday. My burger and fries were fresh. Really enjoyed it.😁

Food was either bland or bad. Servers did not distance, did not wear masks. I used to really like this restaurant but after today I will probably give them a miss in future.

I went for Breakfast mid week and it wasn't very busy. Fast service. Friendly staff. They had run out of potatoes, but replaced this on any meal that came with a side of your choice which was great.

We had breakfast here before a shopping trip into IKEA. It was one of those rare occasions my wife and I had a day off without the children in tow.We got there just as it opened and we were immediately welcomed by friendly staff who showed us to a clean table. Our drinks order was taken as we sat down and promptly arrived just as we were ready to order food.French toast with fruit was an excellent change. And so was the breakfast cob. Their coffee was tasty too.All in all it was a great experience and we'd certainly go again.

Service brilliant. 11 of us went for my 7year old grandsons birthday breakfast. Kids loved it, my 91 year old parents loved it 2. Food great. Place clean. And proper disabled toilets that were NOT, USED AS STORAGE FOR MOPS AND CLEANING EQUIPMENT. Grandsons really enjoyed the whole experience.
