Well I've been going here for over 25 years now in various names and ownership. Well famed locally for its kebabs, pizzas, and excellent serving sizes/pricing. This is a local community 'hotspot' ...sorry to the owners though to say it'll always be "Queens Palace" to me 😂😂😂😂

Disappointing to say the least. Last Friday I made a telephone order at 20:20 I was told it would take 45 minutes - no problem, it's expected as food is being freshly cooked.20 minutes later (!!) I get my order of small fish and chips, mixed kebab meat and cone of chips. The fish was freshly cooked, kebab meat was ok, but oh my goodness the chips were cold, looked old and tasted nasty!!!The two small portions of chips I ordered turned up as 2 extra large bags that would have fed a family of 6 adults, obviously trying to get rid of old and cold chips via my order. Freshly cooked chips don't look or taste like that. I threw the chips away and cooked oven chips lol.Total waste of money!!! Standards have definitely gone down!! Will not be ordering from them again.

Got my order in half hour after the shop opened 12" pizza and chips for over £12.50 to be delivered.. The order arrived 1.47 minutes later less than a mile away, stone cold..pizza was nice after warming up in the oven

Pizza was nice,it's the 1st time I've been back since I tried their chips,and had serious stomach pains,who h lead to being off work ill. Still won't have their fish n chips, but the cheese n pineapple pizza I had was yummy.

Pizzas arrived, both were mouldy on the bottom of the face with specs of mould dotted around, as well as creeping up to the crust in places. Chips were also a bit cold and soggy.Whilst I’ve had good experiences at this place for years, it has certainly gone downhill recently and will definitely not be returning.

This really is the best fish and chip shop around. The good is tasty and not greasy, would definitely recommend. They also do kebabs and pizzas although I haven't trued them

Worst kebab I've ever had. . . .and I've had a few! Meat was barely cooked, chilli sauce was sweet with a bit of a kick and when I order a kebab I don't expect to have to put it together myself, the pitta wasn't even sliced!!!
