Litteraly been going here for years the staff are so nice even though I'm a introvert. I love going in there it is such a friendly environment and I love the coffee vanilla with coffee jelly bubble tea its so good. I also love the one piece wall paper it's so great.

I'd never had bubble tea before, and then I tried some here - wow!! It's now a regular for me and my husband. The staff are so friendly and always make your drinks so fast, there's hardly any waiting around. They are also really helpful if you don't know anything about bubble tea and need some help! The menu is massive, they also do food and gifts. Recommend it to anyone!

Amazing place, best bubble tea in Nottingham by far - shame it's not near city centre but worth the long tram ride! Really friendly staff and a vastly superior selection compared to any of the other bubble tea stores in Nottingham. Will definitely come again :))

Love this place. Friendly staff, nice indoor decoration and a lot of other things you can buy too. The price is reasonable, literally my place to go for bubble tea in Nottingham now.

Recently visited the shop and was greeted by a mixture of J and K-Pop which makes a nice change on a suburban Nottingham high-street. This is also my primary reason for giving this spot 4-stars.I'd gone for the Spicy Toppoki and Baby Octopus rice-bowl and couldn't really taste much more than the spice, and I would say the rice to topping ratio was a bit off.But these things can be improved - maybe by using better quality of rice and vegetables. Otherwise, the variety of options at Hing Kee, the bubble tea and service really are great!Need more "different" options such as this in Beeston town centre.
