Lagan Indian Tapas in Broxtowe

Verrrry nice.Had the set menu (less than £25). Starter, 3 types of tikka chicken and a chilli sauce fish. Verrrry nice.Mains also nice, but ironically. My favourite was the pander saag dish off of the veggie menu.Worth a try.

Great service, amazing food; ordered way too much as usual but was able to take leftovers home.

Just had the takeaway set meal for two and we were both severely disappointed to the extent where i could only be bothered to eat a quarter of it and my wife only managed half. Both curries had very little flavour and what flavour there was, wasn't worth eating. We are not the kind of people that will eat food just because it is shoved in front of us.I have had both of these before from here before and enjoyed them both but sadly not tonight, which is a real shame as we both really wanted a nice tasty curry tonight. the only saving grace was the price which is the only reason I gave two stars. I will now make something for us to eat.

Did not know what to expect, soon relaxed the staff were helpful. Really injoy the food from a well thought out menu for beginners and experts in Indian food.

Had a lovely meal tonight with my family. Was quite quiet (Sunday) but got busier as we were there. Staff friendly, but not too in your face. We booked with the Meerkat Meals offer and the staff were very helpful in explaining what was and was not included. As 6 adults, we were able to get 2 for 1 on starters and mains, and it allowed us to have a great meal for not a massive expense as it can normally be, when going out for an Indian!All the food was delicious, especially the curries and sides. However, onion bhajis were a little disappointing and I think the soft drinks were expensive for the size of them. The starters and mains were served in good time and were well presented. Definitely will try Lagan again in future.

Great food and very helpful and friendly staff. The food had great flavours from starter to mains. 4 satisfied vegetarians except for chana masala as the chick peas could have done with further cooking and softening (straight out of the tin and into the sauce may not always work). The ambience in the place was a bit mixed - not authentic and not very modern. The attempt to create a very contemporary feel was not successful and the exterior of the place did not look very inviting, but pleasantly surprised once inside and had tasted the food.

great place with a friendly staff and Great customer service.Even thought we had booked a table, it wasn’t on the system on arrival, however the waiter soon remedied the situation and we were seated within a couple of minutes.The food was quick to arrive and the waitress was very helpful, polite and attentive.The food was very good and we will be returning soon

AMAZING! Best Indian food I've ever had. My husband and I shared the tapas set menus and had absolutely no regrets. Definitely going back.

Lovely place with a friendly atmosphere and Great customer service. However, we thought it was a little expensive for what it was. We are definitely returning to try the curries but I wouldn't order the tapas again. Overall, very nice but overpriced.

The food was incredible! When it comes to Desi Indian food then this is the place to go. It's not your usual fine dining so don't expect it. It's more of a tapas Indian place which is the true way to eat back in India. The chicken Tikka and prawn lollipop as tapas was beautiful cooked. The flavors where amazing.For main the Tali was big portions with different flavours so a nice way to have something different if you want to try a little bit of everything.Most importantly the service was excellent. Suraj and his team we're accommodating and finished the night off for us!
