Went late at night so wasn’t expecting much, served quickly and food didn’t take too long. Pizza was decent. Check your change tho !!!

Me and my dad came here just to try it out and it absolutely blew the other pizza restaurants out of the world the cheese and tomato pizza is just perfect I’m obsessed with Marios :)

Really pleased with the service and the food was delicious. Would recommend.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. The delivery driver was rude and very bluntly told me to come outside, followed by telling my dog to shut up. Then rang the shop the “manager” answered the phone and made us sound stupid when telling him the situation and was sniggering about it. Then rang back a few days later and had the phone put down on me. The food was dry and cold. The crepe we ordered was drowned in chocolate sauce, probably to hide the fact the crepe was dry. We couldn’t even eat it. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. STAY AWAY!

My son had a chicken stacker burger from here last night and has had a very bad tummy since! It was blatantly microwaved when I looked at it after he was half way through but it was too late by then. Not ordering again.

Myself and my friend went in for a much anticipated takeaway kebab, I ordered a chicken tikka kebab, with chips. I was so bemused to be told that I had ordered a chicken donner kebab! I told them I didn’t and the reception I was given was like ‘oh you did’ I don’t eat donner!!Then I got my meal and I was looking for my fries… is this normal to have these in the bottom of the tray? I looked for my nan bread… not there! I had to pay a extra pound for that? Very unusual.. never had a kebab without a nan. Wow, what a disappoint! I thought the meal was expensive £5.60 plus the £1.00 for the nan.. what the heck??

On two occasions now we have placed online orders with marios in eastwood and they have sent totally different items.the last time we ordered two banoffee pies with ice cream and were sent two cheesecake slices and was just told the one we ordered was out of stock!if it's not in stock then take it off the menu......we complained to the establishment but have heard nothing back, this was three weeks ago.we will not be using again and would not recommend to anyone

Ordered dessert from here tonight. I ordered a kinder Bueno milkshake and banoffee pie. When they arrived, I noticed the banoffee pie was from 'The Cheesecake shop' company, and it arrived completely frozen and inedible. I rang Mario's and spoke to someone, who said they could send out another piece, however when I asked if this would be from the same batch he said yes. I argued then that doesn't resolve the issue, and they said they would make it edible. I asked if he meant he would warm it up, and he said "no we'd do it naturally"...unless I'm wrong, that would mean leaving it to defrost, which I could do myself with the frozen one delivered. Appalling customer service and terrible food. The milkshake I ordered also didn't take anything like bueno. There's no way to complain for a refund either. Definitely would not recommend.

Only ordered once tonight kebab and fries . The kebab meat was lovely and I am fussy . The fries taste and smell just like McDonald's but are crispier! Delivery said over an hour but was here in twenty minutes .

What a shame!Have ordered from here multiple times. Nothing special, cheap takeaway pizza, standard you expect.However, tonight received a cold pizza!!! With soggy chips.Called to try to resolve... Oh my was the service bad.Told me no one else has complained, ok thanks for that but my pizzas cold.Blamed being busy, well all pizza takeaways want to be busy right! If you're too busy refuse the order, plenty more places I could of used.Then said would only replace if I went and collected... I ordered to be delivered mate! Sort your head out.I said how about you give me a free pizza replacement a night your not busy as compromise. Would not replace like for like, clearly don't want to resolve the complaint. Well lost my custom
