McDonald's in Broxtowe

Whenever we decide to treat ourselves we go to this Mcdonalds and are yet to be disappointed. Friendly staff, piping hot food and extremely clean. Highly recommend

This McDonald's consistently ignores puts cheese into burgers despite requests to prepare them without. They'll put the order through as requested (as shown on the "made to order" sticker) but the people actually preparing the food apparently just ignore them.

Really poor quality food, ordered 2 double sausage and egg meals, both were dreadful, hash browns were over cooked but cold, sausage meat was dry and tough, obviously food which was stood far to long, terrible for a Mc Donald’s. Won’t be returning there, absolutely dreadful.

Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Gave us the wrong order, ignored us and then when we tried to give the food back snatched it off us. So rude and had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever.

Went through the drive thru , pulled up at order point and waited for five minutes before receiving a reply , meanwhile 4 vehicles pulled up at the other order point and went through before me. I finally got past the order point , went to the first window to only find out they got my order wrong. then I was told to drive through and park up and wait for my order without a please or a sorry or a thankyou. 29-10-21 Teatime.

Food was cold, and order was wrong after driving away then re que then was called basically a liar, staff are rude, I binned my meal incase there had been stuff done to my order after was done again... Not happy at all won't be eating macdonalds again they've lost a good customer il tell all my friends not to eat there...........

Easily, easily the worst service of all the McDonald's in Nottingham. They just don't care. If you don't want to work there leave, but if you do, show some pride and put some effort in

Poor service, arrogant behaviour. Ordered one McMuffin and hash browns through drive thru. They asked us to stop at the bay. Waited for over 15 minutes but no one turned up. 10-15 cars passed by in that time. Went in to find out that they did not even start packing. Manager was arrogant and had no empathy when complained (not a single sorry instead he was justifying it). It wasn't very busy (I've seen busier Mc D's). Needs improvement!!

Poor quality of food. Ordered mozzarella sticks, got one in the bag 😅 what made me laugh 😂 than opened wrap and was empty 😒 complained to the manager, she said that how should look like, yeee just in this place looks so poor. Compensating customer’s satisfaction in favour to keep the stock

If you're in a large van, maneuvering can be difficult navigating the drive-thru. I had a latte, wasn't any kick to it. No napkins, the restaurant had run out. Coffee could have been better
