Milano Express in Broxtowe

Pizza was undercooked and watery. Ingredients slipped off into a gloopy mess if I tried to pick up a slice. Shame, as never used to be like this.

Shocking! Carbonara looked like cat sick, eggplant wasn’t cooked!! Pasta over cooked.. cheap chicken and hardly any of it! Should of known not to trust the reviews. The restaurants around here are consistently abysmal with great reviews! I’d have rather had some dry toast!

Beautiful food as always. Pizzas are so tasty and great that you can bespoke them to just how you like it. Salad is fresh and the olives are great value. The lemon calzone for dessert is to die for. Highly recommend.

Always loved the food here but customer service is atrocious. I ordered on 7th Jan at around 5.50pm, it turned up around 8pm. With nothing to apologise for it being over an hour late. Then I discovered it was COLD. Very very cold. I called and they said they’d replace it immediately. Full of excuses but no apology. At nearly 9pm (after ordering before 6pm) I decide to cancel my order. The man on the phone was incredibly obnoxious and refused a refund. A friend went in to speak to him and a refund was agreed. It is now 30th Jan and still no refund. Do not expect good service when they get things wrong. Appalling. £30 of food in the bin and a ruined evening. And no refund. Cheers Milanos!

We placed an order which was over two hours late, when it eventually arrived we turned it away and asked for a refund. We were advised we would get a full refund and that we could keep the cold food as an apology. We are still to receive a refund despite numerous phone calls and excuses. We won't be ordering from them again.

Excellent menu, plus a make your own option. Very friendly service. Gluten free option too so my wife was very happy. Best GF pizza she has had.

My favourite pizza delivery. Fresh quality produce on lovely thin base pizzas. I find their fried sides are not that greasy which helps me feel less guilty. Great garlic and herb sauce. I've always had good delivery times.

They're doing vegan pizzas now and they are CLASS. 4 toppings on the large pizza for £10 on collection (base is nice and thin so worth getting a large) is great. My mates who got the normal pizzas have said they're great too. All in all top-notch, restaurant quality food for a decent price

Great food, huge portion sizes and even got a free pizza. Very nice place, will be back for sure.Edit: I stand corrected, just ordered again and the portions are amazing, this place is outstanding and I will be back many times if they maintain the consistency. Thanks for the great food.

Firstly the food is amazing, which is probably the main thing, but I've now twice had problems ordering on the phone. The most recent time, the guy on the phone wasn't aware of what was on the menu and I had to explain about 6 times what I wanted. Even after that they still actually got the order wrong. When I went back to explain, a lady said nothing, handed me the correct pizza and said 'there you go' quite abruptly with no apology or explaination. Great food, but poor service on the two occasions I visited.
