Morrisons in Broxtowe

Me and my son visited this morning for breakfast. The breakfast itself was a little over priced for what u got but the customer service was awful! Lady on the till just couldn’t be bothered and the lady who bought us our food practically threw it on the table.. I thanked her more than once and didn’t even get a reply.. manners cost nothing and I was certainly polite/courteous towards the staff..

Took over an hour for two fish and chips it was absolutely freezing in the cafe only came for a quick lunch now I been sacked cause am over my dinner time great

Said they wasn't serving hot food but served the table behind me a all day breakfast.Yesterday morning.

Staff are helpful and friendly. The Full Breakfast is excellent and great value with the current half price offer. It is £4.50 including a pot of tea or mug of coffee with the 50% off offer. Only problem is sometimes when a few customers are in the wait times go up to 40 minutes which shows they can't cope with volume.

Food was disgusting the drinks were not even full up bad service, doesn't tell us about the bread we get. Disgusting in general never going again

We had a quick lunch with good value and nice freshly prepared fish & chips, avocado with poached eggs muffins, full English breakfast and latte. All measures for social distancing and sanitizer around restaurants

One person to serve, clean tables and help customers. While the food was ok I found the procedure for ordering and getting teas was confusing. Other cafes do it better.

Had a lovely breakfast at Morrison's. I veered away from my usual vegi cooked breakfast and opted for the Avacado & poached egg on a muffin base, I wasn't disappointed. Even better, I found the designated phone & tablet charging plugs (not everyone allows you to charge your phones) so I was a very happy bunny. Not quite so much when I stopped for a cup of tea - the machine must have been playing up because it was only distributing half pot amounts so I had to go up and queue a second time so I could have my full cup's worth - apart from that, all's good, tables, cups cutlery(mostly) & toilets clean ~ no complaints.

Good food cheap prices friendly staff you can't beat it
