Nando's in Broxtowe

25min wait initially which was fine, however no seating available now to wait inside so had to go and walk around other shops with kids which wasn't ideal. Couldn't wait outside as it was too Cold.Big fan of Nandos, however we hadn't been for quite some time and it seemed to cost us alot more than usual pre-pandemic.Food was cooked well as usual with good flavour, however I think they have started serving wood pigeon as apposed to Chicken as the chicken in my double burger was probably half the size as it used to be.We used to visit Nandos at least once a month but to be quite honest, I won't be in a rush to visit again.

Nice place, slightly small in my opinion, food always tasty with good portions. Staff also polite. Not bad prices either.

II give this place a 3 star purely because the food was awful. I thought the chicken was grilled but it taste fried. I had the sunset burger it came and had soggy chicken skin all over making me spit out onto my plate. My friend had chicken burger no sides just some halloumi 2peices for that price its not acceptable. Kids food looked much better id advice everyone to order kids meals good value for money and seemed to look more food than we had as adults. Staff score a 10 mind you amazing customer service and polite very helpful so we didn't want to make a scene complaining about our dry fatty foods. Ashame because we got told good things about nandos and it was my sons 8th birthday so cost a fortune for 8 of us. Id rather be hungry than eat here again sorry.

Went to the Giltbrook Nandos on Tuesday to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday and the food was terrible, the plant based burgers were overcooked and bread was hard, my son's chicken burger was cold and the service, there isn't really any service anymore now you order by app! The food was bought out and that was it, we left with our table still full of plates and no offer of dessert... We do actually like Nandos but will not rush back to the Giltbrook restaurant.

The Q scan app didn't work and we had to wait for quite some time to get someone's attention to help. The desert was very dry which resulted in me leaving most as they had ran out of cream , offered no alternative when I asked (they had ice cream) and no other response was offered. The food was nice and staff were polite and friendly

Usual Nando's, service was a little slow. Food always filling and consistent as you expect from a national chain. Two bottomless drinks a whole chicken platter, £27. I think good value. 8/10

After a hard day of shopping till we dropped, went to Nandos and the family enjoyed the meal, one let down was the sharing platter for 2 seemed a little on the light side my parents decided to have. My half chicken seemed to be bigger and that was just for one person. This 4 stars otherwise would have been 5. Hopefully, they will see this and adjust the portion for the platter. Other than that enjoyable, delicious and always can't beat piri piri chicken. Yum yum !!!! 🤗

Great food as always from Nandos but their approach to covid is confusing. They do eat in but not takeaway. We couldn't eat outside in the fresh air because they hadn't the facilities???( Table check, chairs check ). And none of the serving staff wore masks. Oh, and the customer who was continually coughing and sneezing was ignored. Sorry it I won't be going back for a while.

Visited on Saturday the 21st of August 2021. Was greeted by a really friendly waitress who explained that there is a 1 hour waiting time, She took our phone number and we were sent a link which would update us when our table was free, thought this service was brilliant and gave us time to have a look round the shops, ordered by using the QR code on the table and food came quickly.Very impressed by the speed and fluidity of everything and would happily re-visit.

Great food and people! I been so impressed to be welcomed here, such friendly staff and they do a great job, they all wear masks and I do appreciate this as make me feel safe. The food was cooked to perfection even the place was busy. The manager was very friendly as well and paid attention to my allergy. I am more than happy to come back. Card payments only, but this work well to me.
