I wish I could rate this 0/5. The order was over 90 minutes late. I ordered through Uber eats and called the associated number with the ‘restaurant’ and also the number on Google. Nothing back until a call back 3 minutes later to a chap saying quite aggressively that I should call the delivery driver myself to see where he was up to? “He left 25 minutes ago” the drive to my house is only 12 minutes. I advised that it wasn’t my job to call the delivery driver and he should sort this out as I was beginning to become impatient. My order finally arrived cold and looked rather disgusting with very poor quality and I have requested a refund. Please avoid at all costs and don’t make the mistake that I did. The photo attached is the beef curry meat.

Ordered for the first time tonight after it being recommended by a neighbour...and it's safe to say I will not be ordering from here again. Chips missing off my order which to a 10 yr old boy is a must as he's a really fussy eater and only eats chicken balls, chips n rice. Part of my order was cold and the only nice thing was the Peking spare ribs. Must of tried 10 times to contact and the phone just rang and rang even tried to email and even that came back as an error..very poor service AVOID and spend ya money else where 🤬

Used to love this place. 5 years custom and previous owners were so customer friendly.Tonight our food was cold, the chips tasted reheated and the chow mein was oily and had no flavour whatsoever. The final straw was the sweet and sour dish without the sweet and sour.Gutted as I'd been looking forward to my dinner after a long hard day at workEdit. Decided to give them another shot and they've somehow gotten worse. Missed Satay chicken off the order entirely and all the other food was cold and tasted reheated. Seriously they should close up because there's seriously no passion in this food

This doesn't even deserve 1 star for this. I am fumming. I ordered a £25 order and just eat is saying it's been delivered and it hasn't turned up. I have rang up 3 times and no one is picking up and even tryed the number on just eat and the phone is switched off. I am not happy.

Ordered food around 5.15 on Uber Eats, about £40 of food. It took nearly 2 hours from ordering to arrive, 50 minutes later than estimated. Rang off the app, and it wasn't the driver that would be doing the delivery. I tried the restaurant but it rang and rang with no answer. The food wasn't particularly hot when it arrived. Some colder than others. The meals we had were good in all honesty. I had a special, which was full of different meat and flavourful. The pork dumplings were especially tasty. The duck was nice, though the pancakes weren't the best considering the time they took to arrive. The only reason it we have left this review is due to the delivery issue. Not sure if this is a Uber Eats problem, or a restaurant one. But it means we won't order again. Drivers weren't especially friendly or apologetic either.

Almost 2 hours late. Poor quality food and freezing cold. Tried calling to see where delivery was and no one ever answers the phone. When delivery finally arrived, the driver just said they were busy. Totally unprofessional way to run a business.Don’t order from here. Spend your money elsewhere

Be warned that if you live in Beeston and you order from the app with this take out (as of 12th October 2021) your food will in fact come from Nottingham city centre, as I found out when it took 2 hours for my order to be delivered. The driver explain to me that the current location has been taken over by new owners and they are re-ferbishing it. However instead of just halting taking orders, the online app places orders with a location in Hockley! When I tried to call the site to check on / cancel my order after an hour the number on the app just rings out. I can only assume they haven't set up a divert on the Beeston number.I always liked the food at this place before, and will try again now it's been taken over, but will certainly wait until the current location has opened fully again, and I can expect to get food in a reasonable time.

Tonight I have ordered fro. This takeaway as I have used a few times before. The order should have arrived within 45 minutes but was half hour late. I found a few items were missing from my order and rang numerous times to get no answer. I drove down to the takeaway and the shop is closed, rang again no answer. Will try again to get a refund but will absolutely not be ordering from here again

Unfortunately the new owners are not delivering meals as tasty as the previous proprietors. Even taking into account regional cooking variations which can be lovely to try, only 2 out of the 8 meals we have tried, we have truly enjoyed. The biggest issue is the quality of the chicken which seems boiled rather than cooked with the sauce. It’s rubbery and the texture is slimy and horrid. The last two meals ordered weren’t eaten. A real shame as this Chinese was a great addition to the local range of takeaways. The new owners really need to sort the chicken out or they will lose all the loyal customers who really wanted it to be good.

The classic garlic butter chilli chicken has been ruined by the new owners. Its advertised as the old dish still but what you get is boiled chicken with various bits of veg and random stuff. Before it was crispy chicken strips with chillies and onions, a dry dish with no sauces on it except garlic butter. Now its horibble.
