Pizza Express in Broxtowe

We've been visiting this restaurant since it opened and tonight's pizza was probably one of the best we've ever had.It arrived perfectly dressed, hot, perfectly cooked and was so tasty.We did mention this to the staff. They'd done a brilliant pair of pizzas and clearly doing a fantastic job

Friendly and helpful staff especially Georgia who was very helpful with the little one. Food was nice unfortunately we couldn't have dessert as baby wouldn't let us but definitely worth a visit and they accept clubcard vouchers 😀

Not your usual Pizza Express experience. Service was incredibly slow, only 2 waiters and 1 chef on shift and it was relatively busy. We saw other people leaving without having had their food as the service was too slow.The poor chef who was none stop (I think his name was Guiseppe) actually served us our food and apologised for our wait, he shouldn't have had to do that at all. The food was delicious when it came though which increased the stars on this occasion, praise to the chef 😊.Wouldn't come back to this particular restaurant after today's experience.

Service was slow, seems this location is suffering from a shortage of staff. Hopefully this can be mended soon. Otherwise its as you'd expect from a pizza restaurant chain... Nothing extraordinary, but very convenient as you can have a bite before going into Ikea. Which means you can potentially walk pass their Cafe without feeling like you need to feed yourselves... untill you get to the end atleast.

Promptly seated, very friendly waitress took our order soon as we were ready, fast drinks service and the food was delicious. We were shown an app to download which is really good, no glitches and it provides some great perks and freebies. My husband tried the new burnt ends pizza which he really enjoyed, I have gluten dairy and an egg allergy which were well understood and carefully catered for and my daughter enjoyed the colouring and new 'snowballs' which are the classic doughballs but as a dessert. They didn't have the carrot cake I wanted and a couple of other items missing off the menu but in the current climate I think that's fair. Would recommend for sure.

Nice clean environment, polite helpful staff, good range of pizza, but not a lot of other choices if, like us one person in a group wants something different.

Visited here one Monday in November at midday. Nice and quiet with a few tables occupied. Great retreat from the shops nearby. Plenty of seats and some near windows if you like to people watch. Great menu too.

Just had a lunchtime meal at Pizza Express East Midlands Outlet. Great service staff helpful and pleasant. Food really good.

Perfect for families with children of all ages looking different kinds of food. Pasta, pizza and salads are always fresh and well made. Very clean and well organised with contract-free payment options available at your table. Great coffee and cocktails

It was really busy for a Wednesday night. We had to wait for a bit but were shown to table and made seated. There was delay in service and good but were informed of it before being seated.Pizza was ok and the flat bread was good to taste.But then we had to wait and wait for someone to come and take our dessert order. I would still go for a four star as giving it a benefit of doubt that it was just that particular night, they were short of staff.
