Always an excellent service and they take cash! Not like other brands, there are particular days the pizzas are better than others I think it's different chefs but all around a good pizza expensive but good

Very doughy. Not cooked properly. Very disappointing

Terrible ordered food on the 18/9/21 they cancelled it said they will deliver it tomorrow why wood I want it tomorrow and now two weeks to get my money back lots of my time wasted emailing them not even a offer of a free drink on my next order witch will never happen stay away

So ordered here twice now. First time one pizza was hot rest were cold. Second time the delivery was late yet they clicked on. Delivered 15 minutes before my pizza actually arrived and again the pizza was cold and one didnt seem cooked properly. Really bad service. I would avoid using this pizza hut.

Ordered pizza delivered from my local Beeston branch but it arrived lukewarm, and it did not look freshly made at all.Not happy.

Friendly staff, pizza was good and service was fast even when ordering in person.

Forgot stuffed crust, pizza was only just warm, base was chewy and garlic bread was literally stone cold. My first and last time at Pizza Hut.

The food is amazing, always hot, always delivered exactly on time or a little early! I order online as a treat once or twice per month & the staff at Beeston store are a credit to the Brand. I hope they all received an Xmas bonus! I always tip the guys - they work minimum wage in all weathers, yet always smile & nothing is too much trouble! Pizza Hut make decent Pizzas. Probably better than the Dominos I devoured recently. On the other hand, the deals and discounts offer are a bit misleading, always been a bit miffed about PH's marketing tech's. Staff are good at keeping cool though. Lad who made my veggie supreme a couple of weeks ago did an ace job, keep it up.
