Pizza O'more in Broxtowe

So first of all it took an hour to arrive after being told 20 minutes. And secondly I got the wrong pizza! I ordered a meat pizza and got a vegetable one! And I ordered dip and didn't get that!

I usually don't write reviews but i recently ordered 20 buffalo chicken wings and chocolate shake from them, after waiting almost 1 hour 30 mins and calling the restaurant atleast 5 times they finally arrived uncooked and guess what? chocolate shake was missing the driver insisted for me to pay for the whole which i did and they never refunded my 3 quids for the chocolate shake that never arrived.

Oh dear, what can I say....The 1 star is for the almost edible garlic bread. Fries and pizza are actually the worst I have ever eaten!, I never leave reviews but made a point to do so on this occasion, to warn others!!

Ordered 3 kebabs, 2/3 incorrect, lacking sauce and dry saltless chips. Rectified the mistake, but the rest of my food was freezing by the time it came. Portion size was right for the price

Waited an hour for my delivery and it never came. By their own admission they forgot about the order and promised delivery within 10 minutes. Nearly half an hour later, the driver phoned saying they couldn’t find the address and started reeling off random street names to me. A decent day Mab should take you where you need to go. Poor service. And no food yet to comment on.

ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR 1 PIZZA.Ordered a XL pizza from here a few weeks ago not realising omore has 2 stores and we usually order from the sherwood store.The pizza took over 2 hours and 4 phone calls to arrive. They lied and said it was on its way when it can't have been because it still took ages. The person we spoke to was quite rude and said he was very busy.Again a couple of weeks later I made the same mistake thinking they may not be as busy as it was quite late on a Sunday night... even worse than the time before!A large pizza cost us over £20 and it is definitely not a large. We order from here as its the only place that does paneer pizzas, never again.Stuffed crust was not mozzarella it was cream cheese which had gone sour and made the crust soggy during cooking. The guy was so rude and lied to us several times saying it was on the way when again it took over an hour after that call. Marked it as delivered when it hadn't arrived. Told us he was too busy and when asked why they continue taking orders if they can't keep up he was quite defensive.The driver arrived and we asked if he had been busy and he said "no, not really".I requested some money back via just eat due to the facts 1. The pizza was cold and soggy 2. The wait was well over 2 hours and 3. Because it was irritating trying to get the pizza sorted. The restaurant refused to refund a single penny saying "the driver was stuck in heavy traffic" - ridiculous, the road was not busy as my sister had driven home during that time.Beware!!Although they do decent toppings, they over charge, lie and don't deliver your order on time or without you having to hound them.Stick with the pizza omore branch in sherwood if you want decent service.

Arrived an hour late. No one answered the phone (rang multiple times) when we tried to get an update on our order.Pizza was good but come on guys, that service was unacceptable. Won't be ordering again.Ordered via Beeston Eats.

Decided to order from here for a change as pass it most days The guy behind the counter had a go at me because I didn’t answer my phone having placed my order online prior, he then went on saying my food was cold and had been thrown away despite me turning up 5 minutes before my food was meant to be ready for collection. Eventually he looked at there print out and apologised for his mistake and re did my food which was servile undercooked.

Oh my goodness, the cheesy garlic bread was by far the best I've ever had and the American Hot Pizza was awesome! My husband had a portion of wedges and a Double Pepperoni Pizza and was just as impressed as me. Together with a 1.5 litre bottle of Diet Coke, our dinner was £19.99 and was so filling that there's plenty left for tomorrow.

Ordered half a chicken around the 8th August and was so salty and unedible. Spoke with manager said it was a different chef and next time ring up and we can have free half a chicken. At this point we were happy with the solution. Today we have rung up and they had no recollection of said conversation, and manager not available. Therefore we do not recommend as customer service is poor and food inedible. Very disappointed as first order was great
