Reflections Cafe at Attenborough Nature Reserve in Broxtowe

It’s a beautiful place to visit with so many different kinds of birds and animals. There are lot of footpaths to do a nice hike. It’s very well maintained. I imagine it would be a lot more beautiful place in spring with different kind of flowers and trees coming back to life.

Such a picturesque Nature Reserve! There is a plethora of birds - especially swans and other water fowls. The paths are well kept and relatively smooth. Would highly recommend a visit whether it's for a long or short walk, a leisurely cycle or an exploration outing for kids and/or dogs.

What an amazing find. I've been living 30 mins away from this reserve and this was my first visit. It's a gem tucked away in Nottinghamshire.Love the wetlands it's such a difference experience walking through the reserve.We followed the tufted duck route which took just under an hour, but we did stop to take photos along the way.There were ALOT of ducks on this route, and they were not afraid to approach, but probably were expecting bread. Make sure you bring bread or seeds ha!Great afternoon walk and I'd love to do the other two. Parking was £3 all day so very reasonable.

We really enjoyed our winter walk here. Our parking was free as my wife's a member of the Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust. We saw some amazing birds on our journey around the water. Well worth a visit.

Not been since I was a little girl many moons ago but thought I'd give it a go with my pooch, we both loved it and will definitely be visiting again soon 🐾

A wonderful maze of wetland formed from the River Trent and excavated gravel pits. This is a bird watchers paradise. The first 30 minutes Parking is free and thereafter is £3 for the day. There is a great looking cafe that I didn't visit. There are numerous walking trails, some are suitable for wheelchairs but others would be very tricky so worth checking routes carefully before setting off.

Lovely place to visit. Nice and flat for walking. Cafe, shop and toilet. Bird hides.

The Attenborough Reserve preserves amazing wildlife spots, the footpaths are really clean and well cared, there's even an amazing hike through the Trent River valley. An incredible tour full of beauty and preserved nature. Help to keep tidy this amazing place.

Absolutely beautiful place - it makes for an excellent day out. This place is huge, there are so many different walks you can do depending on what you fancy. There's plenty of regular events too, for kids and adults alike, such as trail hunts and evenings with famous wildlife experts. The Nature Centre is great too, lots of lovely things to buy and great food. Easily one of my favourite places in Nottingham!

This is a local gem, with gorgeous views of restored wetlands and multiple signposted walking routes of varying lengths for all abilities. The on-site visitors centre is also excellent, with a decent cafe and gift shop and it's own excellent views.Parking is £4/day or £30/year with a Wildlife Trust membership. I bought the membership without a second thought.
