Found everything I needed for our camping weekend, air beds, pump, metal cups and whistling kettle...

Convenient parking and facilities for big weekly shops or popping in for those last minute things. Plenty of self service check outs and helpful staff.

I only shop here every so often as it isn't local to me. However, when I do go in for a set of specific foods that I can't find anywhere else - the staff are amazing. Simply put. There friendly and helpful and much more willing as a general than any other major supermarket. Thank you 😊

This store now feels a little under-powered somehow. Unless it was on my doorstep I would choose this over other supermarkets if I had the use of a car. That said though it's handy for local shopping in Beeston.

Fairly average supermarket. Generally the staff are friendly and helpful. Good sized store, parking is decent and a few decent coffee shops nearby.

I do enjoy that it's not as busy as Tesco. And they have a delicious tonic water that I love - lime, mint and cucumber. The meat selection is good too.

Used the car park when visiting the Turkish restaurant on the high street (which was very good). Typical supermarket car park, nice smooth tarmac, car felt pretty safe there. Would park there again.

I have been to this store many times in the past. Today I was made to cry. I am Autistic. I wear a lanyard explaining it. I take my service dog a very calm chihuahua who wears a harness stating it.A new security guard came from behind and touched my shoulder to tell me I am not allowed to be in there with my dog. I explained to him but he said no HE SHOULD NOT BE TALKING TO PEOPLE LIKE THAT. He had to call for a manager and told me it was not his problem. I waited by customer service where 2 female members of staff said not to let him get to me as I was really upset. The vile uneducated young member of staff looked at me like rubbish telling me she was DEALING with a customer. 'I never asked for her help i was waiting for a manager.' When the manager arrived i was just TOLD the security was new for the day and if I wanted to go thats up to me. She made it very clear she had never seen me there before. That came from a person who looks like she hides from the shop floor & any actual work behind a keyboard.I will never forget the comments made about dogs being in the food store! That was discrimination against service & seeing eye dogs. A disability is not a laughing matter nor is it something you can just brush under the carpet and hope goes away. I was made to feel so uncomfortable by uneducated people. As for the young non customer service member of staff. She started to cry telling me she just wants to keep her job..... That was after she was asking me something talking over me when I wanted to thank one of the nice members of staff. Just because the silly girl didn't get attention when I was upset she said she was leaving. I told that silly little girl there is no point because I'm leaving and won't came back again because of her.OH MY GOD... I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY IN A STORE IN MY WHOLE LIFE......I ALSO WITNESSED THE SAME PISS POOR SECURITY GUARD ACCUSING A HONEST GENTLEMAN OF STEELING WHEN HE HAD A RECEIPTS TO PROVE IT.MAYBE HE HAD JUST WATCHED HOT FUZZ AND THOUGHT HE WAS 'MR NICHOLAS ANGEL'.....I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT STORE AGAIN. EVEN THE FEMALE MANAGER WAS RUDE AND INSULTING...

Frequently go there, clean, plenty of stock, but each time I go it seems like they have reduced the number of tills and people will large trolleys are using the quick checkouts very slowly.
