sunnys is really nice had from here a few times always nice and hot good value for money. Staff pleasant . would recommend this take away .if you order for delivery never takes very long

I happened upon this establishment by chance. So pleased I did. I order a home delivery every Saturday evening. I ring before they're due open and they always answer. The main point of this review is the quality of the food and if you like your Chinese, then you'll love this. I can honestly say, this is as good if not better than anywhere else I've tried; and I've tried a lot. To end by saying,the delivery service is prompt and cordial. Recommended

Possibly the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. The food was barely warm, had to reheat some in our microwave. It wasn't fresh almost like it was reheated food from the previous day. The Crispy shredded beef wasn't crispy and was difficult to cut or chew and the piece of roast chicken was cremated on the bottom and very dry. Called to let them know and was offered something free with our next order but sorry i can't see us using again.

We have 1 Chinese a week and always enjoy it from here. Its fresh, tasty and always delivered within a reasonable time scale. When we are allowed to have company back around we look forward to having Chinese with our extended family as they also love it.

I've been going to Sunny's for 20 years now and have never had a bad one! Lastnight they forgot the fortune cookies and as my Son loves them they sent someone back with a bag of them. Great service.

The food was actually lovely but the customer service is appalling. We used the Just Eat App and I think that the takeaway totally forgot our order and then tried to fob us off when we enquired and then complained, in fact they found it funny when we went and collected rather than wait over ANOTHER hour for delivery. A bit concerning when they say our order is with the driver along with 9 other deliveries, surely with that many the last ones are going to be cold.So if you should use Sunny go in person order and collect.

Usually very nice: However, tonight ( 8/5/2021)Poor & this is being kind.Curry sauce was like brown water.Seriously, foul. Hopefully just one off.

Food was good. Regular selection of Chinese dishes available. Good screening in place for covid protection. You can pay by card too which is great.

Ordered food over the phone for collection, advised this would be 20 minutes, waited a further 20 minutes in the restaurant for the food. After getting the food home, all food was incorrect, due to an allergy, all dishes had been ordered without mushrooms, however all contained mushrooms. The portions were awful! How is that supposed to feed a family! And after changing the sweet and sour sauce for curry with the chicken balls, this was also not changed. So I returned to the restaurant for this to be corrected, to be advised we didn't order the dishes without mushrooms... (however this was definitely advised due to the allergies) and that they have 3 different size portions to order! Please advise where different sizes are mentioned on either the menu or the just eat menu! After a dispute in the restaurant and being accused of lying, we were then advised we'd have to pay more for our order to be remade to match what we ordered in the first instance! Absolutely dispicable attitude towards customers, and very reluctant to amend the order! After asking for a refund over 3 times, this was finally provided by a mardy staff member who basically threw the money at me.... never ever going to return!

Food excellent. However, as I had not got a menu at home, I trusted them. This morning, I found this website, and priced what I had ordered. It would appear that I was charged 1.50 for 4 pieces of pineapple in my egg fried rice. And, I didnt get the menu I requested either. Dont mind paying the prices, but will not be ripped off. Not be using them again.
