Excellent restaurant. Friendly and accommodating staff and delicious world food Tapas. We went for an impromptu lunch but will definitely be back for an evening meal and would highly reccomend.

Very popular and with good reason!I been to the frustrated chef quite a few times and I’ve never been disappointed. It is always busy so there is a definite need to book in advance, the menu changes regularly and is always good. The goats cheese parcels are a particular favourite of mine. We ordered five dishes between two of us and if was plenty, food is quite pricy but worth it. The lunch time menu is good value for money

The food here is some of the best tapas in Nottingham, it's always well seasoned and packed with flavour. The staff here are friendly and really helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sound really travels in this place and can feel a little noisy at times.

More genius than frustrated. Such a clever range of foods and tastes, all perfectly cooked. Also includes a good range of drinks.

Genuinely, one of the best meals that I've had in a while! The range of dishes on the menu at The Frustrated Chef is fantastic and we especially loved the mixture of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. Between 5 of us, we ordered 10 plates altogether and every single one was amazing! Our favourites were the Korean pork bites and the sweet potato with feta but every dish was wonderful. If you've left room for dessert afterwards, I recommend sharing one between 2 people. Great service as well and so glad we had the chance to visit!

We have been waiting a while to try this place out but it's always been too busy , that tells you a lot. Finally we got a reservation and went to feast on the lovely tapas. The venue itself is unspectacular and simply furnished but the food was truly wonderful. We had the lunchtime menu between the two of us three dishes each , it was more than enough. There was a nice ambience about the place , nice people and friendly but professional staff. Highly recommend if you like quality tapas.

Food is PURE BEAUT, recommend the Korea Pork and the Japanese Fried Chicken could eat them all day... delicious 😋 Staff are friendly, helpful and attentive (without being over bearing) I absolutely love this place. Book in advance if going in the evening.
