One of the best cafes I have been to. Not many tables, and reservations are recommended on Saturdays. The staff are very nice and the service is very quick. The bathroom is clean. The atmosphere of the cafe is pretty awesome. Artwork on display is created by the co-owner, pretty good. The food is awesome! Potate pancakes are phenomenal. The sausage and bacon are very tasty. The desserts are incredible. Prices are reasonable. Will defiantly come back again!

Went today and sat outside - lovely in the sunshine. Food was great, something a little different to usual, generous portions and great value we thought. Cost us between £5 and £7 per meal plus drinks. The bottomless brunch also looked great as we saw other people with it, looked a nice selection of cocktails to choose from. Would definitely come again!

I love The Hidden Bakery; have been visiting since it was a home bakery and have followed her from Kimberly to the current Café like a hungry puppy. The best homemade food imaginable, great service and honestly can't praise the food enough - the breakfasts are to die for, the cakes amazing and the hot chocolates are so decadent they're indecent. This is one of my happy places!

Finally found a coffee shop/bakery in one that has the most amazing homebaked collection.Brought a selection of cakes and a few sausage rolls and oh my tastes buds melted. Fresh and amazingly well baked, so tasty! (We didn't eat all, our family members had one each too)Definitely worth a stop by!I'm so going to be a regular 🙈 can't wait to taste test the rest of the menu 😋

Posting this on here after sending a private email with no response. Tried to allow you to rectify this but you have given me no choice but to leave a public review.I came here for brunch this morning with my mother and baby daughter. My mum lives in Eastwood and we have been before for coffee and a cake and the menu looked amazing so thought we’d give it a try!We were a little disappointed with the service and quality of the food this morning I’m afraid. Considering there was only one other table, the staff weren’t very attentive and the reason why I am having to write this email is because nobody came to ask us how our food was while we were eating it or once we had finished. My mum ordered the eggs benedict, which was served with wafer thin ham and a fried egg - I believe this meal should normally be prepared with a poached egg and we felt the quality of the ham could have been better. I had the avocado smash which I also think would have been better served with a poached egg and my “toast” was more like bread and got very soggy with everything piled on top.I think it would have been preferable if we were informed at the start that we have to go up to order, and I think the waiter could have asked us if we’d like salt/pepper/sauce when our meals were served. The fact that I have had to write this down in an email proves that nobody came to ask us if we were satisfied with our meal which I think is common courtesy. It seems that the staff had more interest in organising where we put our pram this morning as opposed to finding out if we were happy with the meal.

Went for a lovely brunch today. The frappes are amazing we had the percy pig and the salted caramel - wow!We ordered the full English, the eggs benny, and the smashed avo.The eggs benny were gorgeous and all dishes were so well presented. We had to take away some cake samples for gourmet research! We picked the Mars brownies, a cronuts the millionaires shortbread.Homemade cakes are just the best!Thank you HB we'll be back soon

Poor food quality, undercooked. Manager is the single rudest person i have ever come across! Without a concern as to how my day was she told me ‘i’ve had a face on me since i walked in’. Aggressive, disgraceful behaviour. Keep deleting the reviews too! Very clever. No surprise theyre 5* everywhere is it! Poor.

Stumbled across this place almost by accident. Well named as if you weren't looking for it you might easily pass by without seeing it. Food was excellent, portion sizes are huge and the prices are beyond reasonable. Only complaint was we were too full to try the delicious looking cakes they had on offer. Guess we'll just have to go back. If you're in the area definitely check it out. If not I'd recommend going out your way to try it.

Fantastic staff with great vibe! The food is out of this world, a true delight, amazingly baked goods and the best breakfast menu around a true delight.
