We went here to see if the old cafe was still going. Its changed hands & new name. we just just had a cup of coffee but when we come next week for a meal. Very polite I hope they make a go of it. We used to come here years ago.

I don't know how this place has received such bad reviews.I went with a friend today, and received a lovely friendly welcome. The place was clean and welcoming and whilst we didnt eat there, the food looked fabulous.Lots of home made cakes, lovely menu, home cooked and good value.Cant wait to go back

I eat there regularly and have never had a bad breakfast. Always found the service to be great and they allow dogs to accompany their owners (Always preferable to humans)I was surprised to read the negative reviews but some folk just like a good rant don't they. I attach a photo of this mornings breakfast. 5 stars in my book! (That's just the small one!)

Left a message seeking a response whether they were open in a Monday lunch. No reply, no text. Went as we’d planned to be in the area and they were open. Communication not part of their talent.

Wouldn't even give it 1 star... terribe! Absolutey awful compared to the fantastic place it was under previous managment. If they couldnt make it work, these have no chance. Menu was scarce with no drinks menu, cooked breakfasts were well under average with snotty eggs. 1 order was missed altogether. Avocado on toast came out late... eventually as a spoonful of guacamole with a snotty undercooked egg on top of cold and soggy toast. Had to ask for cutlery and condiments to be brought over. They clearly had no brown sauce as they brought bbq sauce over hoping we wouldnt tell the difference. Staff were half asleep and rude with no manners or apologises. They just slammed each bit down on the table and walked off. Tbh the main disappointment was the miserable attitude of the 3 members of staff throughout from the moment we walked in.

Could be a nice place but lacks atmosphere. No background music and nobody says a word. Cappuccino comes already covered in chocolate, no saucer, no spoon, no sugar. Visited once but that was enough. Possibly needs a change of management?

Nothing like it used to be under previous management. A long wait for a bitter coffee that left an aftertasteDissapointed to see management not bothing to remind customers to use track and trace or wear face coverings while waiting, staff seen to be touching their faces then handling crockery.

Terrible after a few times of going since it reopened under new management. Food quality, time to wait etc all gone down hill. Today thier ' till'and their credit card facilities aren't working because they are using phone apps as payment
