Three Ponds in Broxtowe

Nice pub with lovely outdoor area. Always friendly service and looks clean and looked after. Cute little dog area with blankets toys and even a doggy menu!

Went for a family birthday get together. Atmosphere lively, food was just perfect. Even though we ordered separately the food came out all together, so thank you for that 👍😊

Just had a birthday meal for 16 people, a big shout out to the staff, food was excellent. It's been a long time since we went to the Three Ponds but overall it's quite impressive, we'll definitely return in the summer when we can sit outside in the garden area. Thank you again to the bar staff who looked after us.

Tried the three ponds for the first time the other day - The service felt like we were interrupting the staffs social life and my other Half's chicken was completely incinerated like it had been left in the fryer overnight. One the worst meals I've had for a long time 👎👎👎

Booked a table for a large party of 12, weeks in advance. When we arrived, we had to wait in a huge queue at the bar, only to be told that they were chronically short staffed and that we wouldn’t be able to place an order for food for another hour and a half! They had my details so I would have appreciated at least a phone call to give me the heads up before my whole family travelled, with their young families, to the pub, only to be let down. Very disappointing customer service and they weren’t even particularly apologetic!

Fantastic service from Amy and all the staff. Called in with a group of female friends and the staff did everything possible to make sure they enjoyed themselves and felt safe. Couldn't have asked to be in a nicer place. Greene King this pub is a wonderful example of what service should be. Please pass on my thanks

Not the greatest unfortunately especially as food has been good here previously. Food was dry and overcooked apart from broccoli which was raw. It wasn't busy so not sure why the food wasn't up to standard. Will leave it a while and try again.

Loved our evening at the Three Ponds. I honestly haven't experienced such amazing customer service for a long time! Great food and nice setting but what really made the difference was the staff. Manager (I think Amy?) went above and beyond to ensure we had a great evening, even looking out for the safety of our group and being so accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone, thanks all!

Four of us had a lovely meal at the Three Ponds last night. Although the pub was busy when we arrived we did not have to wait too long for our meals being served. The food was hot and tasty and served by very pleasant and helpful staff. We will definitely be back.
