Venezia Pizza in Broxtowe

In contrast to place across the road this was superb. Excellent service thanks 2 first class team work

This used to be great but since being taken over the service has just got worse and worse. Tonight we have waited 2 hours for our order. When I rang to ask when we would get it the guy said it was just being cooked. When I expressed surprise as it had already been an hour and a half he laughed and said they were busy. Won't be using them again.

26 July 2020These were the worst pizzas I’ve ever bought, we purchased for a group of friends from Germany and the quality was really poor! The bases were so thick that they hadn’t got any moisture at all! There was no layer of tomato and the toppings were quite sparse! Each pizza looked much the same as the others - impossible to tell the tuna from the chicken! There was no cheese on the top and even the cheesy chips we ordered had not seen any. Cheese at all! We ended up throwing out about half of the food! I think the shop had changed hands recently! Don’t waste your money here! I won’t be returning!Lynne

Must have the Venezia Burger. We have ordered from here a few times and had amazing food and welcoming service every-time. Amazing value for money for a massive burger, big portion of chips and a drink. Cannot fault Venezia in any way, they are so friendly and the food is great!

We've ordered from here several times and every time the delivery has been fast, the drivers polite, and the food delicious and hot. The pizzas are generously topped and very tasty. We'll keep coming back!

This is the second time we have ordered from Venezia and delivery and the food has been impeccable. Easy to order good communication and delivered on time. Would highly recommend.

First time ordering from here and we were not impressed at all. The food was so bland and extremely greasy! I ordered the garlic pizza bread and it was dripping in grease it was disgusting and it made me feel ill. The spaghetti Bolognaise came with hardly any sauce and absolutely covered in tasteless cheese. I called to ask for a Bolognaise without cheese and the lady I spoke to was polite and apologized, however they were reluctant to send a replacement and it took absolutely ages to come, I had to call up after half an hour to see where it was and all they said was that they have sent it to me.. It also came burnt to a crisp and tasted horrible. Apparently the Bolognaise is always covered in cheese although it doesn't say that online, just a heads up. I would not order from here again. It isthe worst takeaway we have ever had.

Amazing service and tasty pizza! We will definitely be going back. We have tried the pizza, donor wrap, burger, chicken burger and chips and everything has been yummy.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 drinks, an hour and 40 minutes waiting for it to be delivered. The delivery driver rang me three times, couldn't understand what he was saying and he was in the wrong place.The pizzas were extremely bland, no taste whatsoever. Even the Salami and Pepperoni had no taste and the cheese was like rubber. The grease puddles in the boxes have seeped through onto my work uniform. I'm very disappointed with the service and food. I'm shocked that people think it's enjoyable food from here. Most definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Poor delivery service, firstly very late about 38 minutes. Secondly after calling to check where it was, 'on it's way' apparently means another 20 minutes for just over 2 miles.When it finally arrived it was lukewarm at best. Once microwaved the food was decent enough. Why can't these places be a little more honest about their delivery times?
