I’ve ordered from here for a very long time and they have been brilliant in terms of food quality however, recently I placed an order for fish and chips via just eat only to find that the chips were nothing like before, as they were fried more than once and had gone brownish and didn’t even taste great! I was shocked as to why they would even send such chips out?? I feel it was because I ordered near to their closing time and they had leftover chips which they simply fried again to get rid off instead of frying a fresh lot for me, the customer!! My message to them is so not treat us paying customers like this as I didn’t ask for leftovers free of charge or anything like that. Have some respect when you charge the full wack!Shame on you! Hope other customers don’t have end up with such rubbish! I hopeThey’ll learn from here!

We have ordered from here 5 times and every single time it's been lovley !The chips are always fresh the saveloys are delicious and we love the curry sauce ,and the onion rings are home made and so BIG 😋 Will be back in a couple of weeks Thank you

Do not order. I ordered a vegetable burger and got 2 beef burgers. They said they gave someone else my burger and I got their burger. They refused to do anything about it. A few weeks ago they gave my partner donner kebab with chips instead of donner meatThere chips have changed and taste like frozen chips not ordering again

Never buy just before shutting will get small portion and scraps that are left. Happen to me twice. Specially the thin guy

Place is OK not as nice as it used to be. Chips are alright, nothing special, but generally food here is good. Customer service from the woman is brilliant, always smiling relaxed and calm. The older gentleman with grey hair is good too, but the rest are impatient, and very rude who need to learn how to speak to customers and drop the attitude. This place was a gold mine years ago, now its just becoming the Pits.

My friend bought me a doner kebab he did say they hadn't got enough for two so he only had the one which was very thin crispy and not apertising and the chips tonight were mostly crispy bits and dried not impressed at all

I travelled from my home in Cornwall to Loughborough again to see Family and had fish and chips again from you last night. (As I do each time I visit).I don't know how you guys do it.Fantastic food, very big portions and all for a good price.Thank you!
