Burleigh Court Restaurant in Charnwood

From the front reception to the catering team, all provided excellent customer service and made my long stay with ease and comfort. They would go out there way to make your stay as lovely as they could.I stayed during Ramadan so i required a meal during the night and the team did their best to facilitate my requests. On arrival they was so welcoming and that same attitude stayed through out the course of the stay.

A perfect hotel for visiting the university. The rooms are clean and the facilities are good.

Our room was on the ground floor ideal for wheelchair access. It seemed very newly renovated, bathroom brand new. Towels and linen high quality.Spacious hotel, great sauna. Staff helpful and polite everywhere.Dining room and bar spacious and comfortable. Food good, the sweet potato and chick pea curry lovely. Service polite not obtrusive.

The staff stood out most to me... absolutely wonderful people who go to great lengths to provide a 5☆ service. The rooms are lovely, the food excellent. Highly recommended.

Great place. Beautiful rooms. And the staff make you feel so welcome. Was really surprised how quiet and relaxed it was in a uni campus. Will be going again

Do it on Zoom.There is no reason to inconvenience people by going here. It’s an utterly soulless dump where people go to lose time they will never get back. It’s a travel lodge without the charm, history, period features or fine dining.Bar is awful, food is bland. Service levels are minimal. They always want to shut early & vending machines always broken.Nothing screams ‘going through the motions but we don’t really care’ like booking somewhere here.Life is short, give it a miss because nobody who really cared would book here.

I used to be a fan, as a regular business stay visitor but the last 2 visits since lock down ended, have been very disappointing, and extremely pricey for the experience (Over £100 on average)In particular the food, the bar menu is limited, overpriced and the quality of food very poor. £15 for a “stone baked chicken and chorizo pizza” ? I got an obviously store bought base, undercooked, 9” diameter at best, 6 slices of chorizo, overcooked inedible chicken.Previous order of fish and chips, equally underwhelming.If you must stay here then go out for food, the Harvester across the road is far better quality and value for money; or many quality options in the town. The Link - sister hotel - has air conditioning, very friendly staff, even though the quality of WiFi is about as poor as BC given they share the same university IT provider.Won’t go BC again unless forced to.

Really good weekend in BC from check in to check out. Room was very good and the bed was comfortable. The food provided for the function buffet was very good and the breakfast choice was excellent providing FEB as well as continental options. The dining room staff were attentive as well as polite and friendly. Didn't use the various facilities such as the Spa but the whole centre was scrupulously clean. For me the WiFi provision was excellent and reliable - a Zoom meeting I attended had excellent reception. Thoroughly recommend BC.

Good hotel. Food was excellent. Breakfast was particularly good, but at £16 its worth considering the continental option and save £7. Rooms nicely kept, and staff accommodated our specific needs regarding bike storage which was great. Decent amount of parking.

It's within the Loughborough university grounds, so don't be alarmed when you have to go though their barrier. Good size room and facilities for price. Breakfast quality was good but let down by not having vegetarian alternatives out. Did accommodate and make veggie sausages but they wasn't breakfast style ones so wasn't great. Other food etc was good though.
