I tried their cappuccino, so bad.It tasted like a milk. Coffee lovers don’t go here, the place was also dirty, tables and floors looked glazed.They serve a good crepe though. Ice cream is also good

Was there this week, was told there was no food because they were behind with the orders. So got a small chocolate ice cream that wouldn't even hold together, later one of the staff advising a customer not to have it, yet it was fine for my 4 year old daughter.I had a large, the mango was also breaking to bits and was tasteless with a after taste of freezer and couldn't even eat it.My wife also ordered tub ice-cream with chocolate and cream plus a water £17 what a rip off.When there for the waffles which was denied, should of walked away, would get better and much cheaper ice cream from any own brand supermarket and would still be able to get a takeaway with the rest of the money.Never again, ripp off.

Not bad. Service a bit slow. Smaller selection of cakes and ice cream than when I was last there. Toilets needed a clean.

Nice little cafe with an interesting layout.Was a little busy and had to wait a short while bit I'd say it was worth it as the desserts were really nice.Staff were friendly even though they were busy.I'll pop back in when I'm in Loughborough again.

Good place went for breakfast expect crepe varieties no full English going on here! Had the Canadian breakfast (crepe, bacon & maple syrup) need to really be streaky bacon to be more authentic but that is personal preference. All the ice creams looked very good though we didn't have on this occasion.

Always goes there for waffles and they always yummy and today they were even better than always ❣️ Love they galletos and coffee as well

Literally just seen a staff member using the same spoon to taste the ice cream 4 times, one after the other without washing the spoon in-between. Also, when putting the scoops in our cones the staff member held our cones fully in her hand, a tissue should have been used. Unhygienic.

We were looking for somewhere for lunch, as a rule, Dolcino's I think crepes and Ice-cream, we tried it for lunch, I ordered something simple, bacon sandwich and sweet potato fries, Not good, ciabatta was not toasted or buttered, dry and steaming??, both that and the fries looked like they were heated up?. I took my food back twice the 3rd time I just ordered a toastie, which was a little better. Nice place, shame, in need of management?

Brilliant food! Loved the salmon and scrammed egg on crepe!! Lovely atmosphere..little slow on service, but worth the wait.

Great ice cream and desserts but also tasty savouries. Italian style cafe with outside seating in good weather. Inside is clean and smart with boardgames available for kids. Close to the cinema and all the shops. Friendly and helpful staff.
