After using Dominic's Pizza & Chicken for over two years and spending hundreds of pounds I have noticed a steady decline in the quality and speed of the food that is delivered from this place. After refusing to rectify the problem of my last order being so cold and disgusting looking I will never use this place again and advise others don't either.

Food is never satisfying when ordering takeaway. They have some sort of grudge against my house/family so we never get nice food. Maybe you'll be lucky. They are fully halal and their burgers are ok.

Me and partner ordered a takeaway from Dominics today via Uber Eats. We ordered cheesy garlic bread (which was missing) I ordered a chicken fillet burger and cheesy chips, my chicken burger was tiny and threw together, the chips/fries were so undercooked, they were floppy and soggy I couldn’t eat them, My partners cheesy chips were the same, we ordered mozzarella dippers to share and again completely under cooked. Last but not least my partner ordered a donor burger and it was like the bun had been toasted the day before and left out over night, the bun was hard. We also ordered chocolate fudge cake and ordered Hagen daz ice cream and because there was no description or option to pick the flavour we assumed it must be vanilla and we paid £5 just for the icecream and it’s came and it’s strawberry cheesecake flavour, you need to sort your menu out on Uber eats. It’s a real shame because the first time we ordered from here we thought it was really nice and we have since ordered twice more and both times have been dreadful so we will not be returning because you cannot be consistent

Today's experience was diabolical, I've always been extremely satisfied when I've ordered from Dominic's however that wasn't the case today, I first pre-ordered my food at 1530 and I was under the impression it was arriving at 1645 until I rang at 1720 and was told my order was never received and there for waited a further 44 minutes for my food and when it arrived I wished I hadn't bothered. First impressions of our burgers were poor, because the cheese may as well had not been there, the buns were dry and they felt stale, the patties were the only good thing about the burgers but my cheesey chips were cold and tasted like glue in my mouth.

Absolute applaud, by this Service, the Bad Attitude they gave towards myself on the phone. Late food delivery. Donner Meat was Dry.Forgot to bring part of my order, absolutely, ashamed and will be writing a report and sending it off to Trading Standards as this matter needs looking into as I don't want other people to expirence what I have done tonight. I will not Recommend this fast food restaurant to no one. Absolute ashamed and will not order from here again. 😡😡😡

Ordered 2 deep pan pizzas, one pepperoni and other hot n spicy. Says it was on its way 10 mins before time seems all good. Half hour late they arrive. Then sit down open box to find thin crust, it was cold and double pepperoni was actually 5 circles. Hot n spicy was no were near probs the least spicy pizza I have ever had. Then delivery driver rings saying he's given me to much change by 20p omg after that I'd of expected it to be free. Even after telling driver he says im only delivery guy well no you work there too. Stay away from this takeaway shocking place you have lost our custom and will make sure family and friends stay away.

To begin, Domonics pizza is a poor excuse of a company.We ordered a meal deal online using their website, and within 5 minutes we got a call to confirm. We confirmed our order and all was fine. Within about 40 minutes Dominic called and said the food was ready for collection, despite having ordered for home delivery.Dominic then informed us that our order price will be upped to £20 from 15 despite it saying online that it would be £15 full delivery.When the pizza arrived we enquired about the change in price and the driver showed us a receipt on which Dominic had scribbled out the original price and 'home delivery' and had written on £20.The pizza itself was not matched to the order, leaving my vegetarian friend hungry for the evening.Additionally the drink was wrong, we were missing garlic bread and the food was cold.To conclude do not order Dominics as you will be unimpressed even if you are not scammed.

Today, ordered a burger, chips and kebab through deliveroo from Dominics and the food arrived almost two hours later. This has nothing to do with deliveroo as Dominics provide their own delivery service. After calling several times to enquire about the food, nothing came for a long time. When my food was finally out for delivery, the delivery driver refused to meet me at the address requested which seems like lazy customer service to me. Unsurprisingly, when the food did arrive, it was cold. This was unacceptable and when I called Dominics to request a refund but was spoken to disrespectfully and eventually hung up on. Awful service, would not recommend to anyone.

Placed an order through Deliveroo. Had to call after waiting an hour and a half for pizza. The man on the other end of the phone starting having a go at me for choosing the 'wrong option' (via a website mind, that they must of had some input in designing) and said they hadn't even started the order. Madness! Won't be ordering any food from them again ever.
