Good pizza, been eating for 4 years straight from this place, Saugat is alright

Good pizza , not the best but good with a good size.I ordered the one with tuna with a cheese crust and the margarita. I loved the margarita more.

Consistently late delivering orders.If you call and complain you just get lied to that there's bad traffic when a quick check on your smartphone can easily confirm otherwise.Update: Seems like the store has gotten no better. We decided to order again after sometime since our last experience, when the food arrived they had someone else's order. We eventually got our order after 2 hours and had no apology whatsoever.

Don't know which member of staff handled my call today but I'm disgusted with how he handled my order. I got questioned on why I'm ordering a chicken pizza if I'm vegan when I clearly can't eat 2 pizzas.... Well safe to say I didn't order in the end I went to Peter pizzeria instead as it was my mates birthday and I was treating her. Vegan pizzas should be included in your offers as we don't all eat animals. #badbusiness #notveganfreindly

Had to make a last minute lunchtime order for 60+ pizzas for a company christmas lunch (Covid Times!) and these guys delivered in 1hr 30 minutes. All pizzas arrived and not one error. A pizza company down the road turned down this order after being informed the day before..

I ordered two vegetarian pizzas. We really like them. The driver delivered them very quickly by following social distance rules. Thanks

First time I ordered from here in about a month ago. Both pizzas came very hot and on time. I did need to call when placing order online to state on cheese on one pizza. Of which when smoothly. (Please add the option for no cheese on your website)Update 20th Sept 2019Made order online again. And yet again call them to tell them to cheese on one of them. And the guy on the phone started going off on one, asking why I had not told them I didn't need cheese on one them before. Of which, how? Your website doesn't give the option for no cheese and somehow before I call to state no cheese I'm ment to tell you by magic that I don't need cheese on one pizza 😵

Not sure if this location is under new management or not now but my recent visit/experience was a HUGE improvement over previous ones. Friendly and helpful staff, nice food and good prices (these had been somewhat varying in the past).I placed our order over the phone and asked to have it ready for a specific time for collection, I arrive about 10 minutes early but the pizza was ready a couple of minutes before the specified time which was as close to being spot on as I felt necessary. The branch was clean and tidy and looked like it had been refurbished since my previous visit.This experience restored my faith in this branch, their team and the prices - thank you - we will order again! :)

Waste of time both orders in the past month were wrong if you want to change anything on your pizza forget it because it will arrive wrong. Only positive is staff on the phone are friendly and relatively helpful still a 20 minuet wait for a new pizza while the rest of my order goes cold.
