Very bossy rude owner,chewing tobacco during preparing food which is unhygienic

Paid for a do it yourself crepe and paid extra for a deluxe topping and didn’t receive the deluxe topping plus the chocolate flakes that I had chosen, just received a crepe which was quite dry and some Nutella sauce and strawberry tasted horrible couldn’t finish it off. I called the place and spoke to the manager and said there was nothing they can do about it as they said they ran out of the deluxe topping and said it was already delivered hence can not do anything about it. Poor customer service and didn’t offer a refund either for the deluxe topping although they should have refunded the whole thing as they missed out on couple things plus didn’t taste good at all. Very disappointed.

My experience does not reflect others, as ordering through the website and having it delivered to me incurred no problem - one time I even did collection instead of home delivery instead and I called and got the problem swiftly fixed. Good variety of options and am a big fan of the sundaes of stick waffles :)

If I could rate 0 stars I would.The food was cold. It was over 2 hours wait. The order was missing an item! The people on the phone were ridiculously unaware of what was happening in their own shop. I got lied to twice that the food was on the way. When I rang up for the third time they finally said it was their error, it hadn't left yet and we will get some of the order free.Won't be ordering from here again.... massive let down and the wait is definitely not worth it.It use to be awesome but obviously something has changed and now its just absolutely shocking.Don't waste your money on it.

First and last time ordering from here. I ordered a rafaello milkshake because it said it was buy one get one free and I also decided to tell them in the notes section of my order on Deliveroo that it says buy one get one free, I only received one. I also got the wrong flavour ice cream, ordered hazelnut and received pistachio. The food and milkshakes are way overpriced although they taste nice. Overall I was not happy with my order at all.

Absolutely shocking, poorly managed business. I have never experienced such poor customer service or rudeness towards a customer. After spending 2 hours waiting for our order, and calling multiple times, we were violently shouted and hung up on by both manager and owner of the store for making a complaint about our missing order, both of which lied to me multiple times and hung up when caught out. They purposely declined a refund out of spite for our complaints. I would strongly recommend anyone in the area to simply make your own desserts, as this business is an absolute embarrassment of an establishment.

Worst crepe ever had. The crepe was hard and chewy like it was burned, the taste was disgusting, the ice cream was like icy and watery and the movenpick my boyfriend had was the wrong flavour. Will not order from there again.

Because it’s not possible to edit your contact details on their website, I was blamed for their laziness.The drivers can’t be bothered to get out of their cars and press a buzzer.If you’re a club member on their website, don’t expect this mean much.When I called to complain. I was told it was my fault for not putting my new number in the “customer notes”. And that I should’ve called the office to give them my new number.Had they bothered answering the phones after 23:30, none of this would have happened.I’m waiting for a refund of my purchase. And nothing else. No extra loyalty points, no discounts. Nothing.You definitely know what kind of people run this business. Greedy minds from the east.

After denying that our order was lost, they declined a refund request from deliveroo and hung up on us three times when we tried to resolve the issue.They lied about which house they delivered it to (we had to correct them) and were incredibly rude when conversing with us.I'm sure that the food would be great if it ever turned up.If you want your desserts then I would advise you order elsewhere.

At first when I heard about this store I was quite keen to check it out. After visiting today bit disappointed in regards to the quality of the food. Ordered a brownie which was dry and stale, this was then topped with some Beuno and some questionable ferrero rocher (felt like it had been sat out for a while, was really soft and had no crunch) overall the prices are not bad for what you get, but the quality is not there. Hope they can improve over time.
