Heavenly Desserts in Charnwood

Very nice place , their American waffle is so delicious, the place is comfortable. I gave 4 starts because it’s a little pricey I think .

We came in as a group of 5 young lads and were immediately treated badly. Staff was slow, inattentive and unwelcoming. We had to wait 20 min just to have our orders taken and a further 30 min to get the food. When we asked for tap water they gave us two cups to share for the whole table and we had to ask again for more glasses. The food was also not up to par with my pancake being cold and dry. Would not recommend.

Waiting staff were cold and rude. Long waiting time for our order. Water was given to us from the tap and had an insect in it. The prices are very high for what we were given. My crepe was also cold when served. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Walked past and decided to pop in, so glad we did. Had their American waffles with fruit and sorbet delicious. Staff were very friendly and attentive which made the experience even better. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend

I really love this place food very delicious.. (service) but the lady how is working honestly rude every time I come over she make me wait really long time service every one even I come first than she come to take my order . Today no one setting she has makes me waiting 7 minutes to set on table , I had to call her to take my order. Seriously I wish another heavenly dessert to be open in lougborough so I could stop coming.To be more careful she is the manger ! Put to much makeup and very upset lady.

Love this place!! It has such a HUGE menu that sometimes it's hard to decide what to have! There is so much variety and we like that you can mix & match, or just make your own combination of dessert's. Staff were very friendly and helpful whilst we decided what we wanted. Portions are quite large and very filling. It is a little pricey but everything is so fresh and tasty, so definitely worth it! We met a friend there and didn't feel rushed to leave after eating. Highly recommend!

Amazing Taste. American Waffle was so fluffy and tasty. My daughalso loved Mochdre and Wife did not sgare her Belgium Waffle as she loved the taste. Surely coming back for more varieties to taste fromHighly recommended to Family, kids, and couples due to cosy environment.

Come here if you're craving for something sweet! The combination of the dessert and ice cream is amazing, each ice cream is selected to pair with your dessert!I had a tiramisu and it was paired with an almond/marzipan flavoured ice cream- a great combo!!I really love the spanish latte!!

Kind and polite staff with the best desserts and drinks! It's great they have so many vegan and gf options Also. They are also very aware of allergies and try their best to cater to them all! They are also willing to alter things on the menu to how you like them and i couldn't speak more highly of this place! Whether you genuinely hate dessert or it's your passion anyone will love this place!!!

Originally did a five star review but have to take it down after my second experience here. This time the experience wasn't so great, service wasn't good at all and the staff need to be more attentive. The dessert was shockingly awful compared to the first time. Waffles not cooked properly, too much toppings to the point that you feel naseous. Honestly would never say it's worth the money again, one star can only be given to the decent decor. It's safe to say I wouldn't return to this or recommend it.
