Kfc in Charnwood

Food and service were really good… only thing is someone was emptying bins then didn’t wash hands and started putting boxes of food in bags… really not great hygiene and makes me worry what else they are doing wrong

Food was hot, fresh and cooked well. Compared to others, its definitely worth the extra drive. Staff always friendly and happy with great customer service.

Unfortunately staff extremely unsociable, no complaints with the chicken, but chip's over cooked & cold. It was take out food. So I am unable to recommend this KFC

Can't believe u pay £13 for a bargin bucket, to get 6 pieces of chicken and 4 fries, but don't get a drink but advertisement shows bottle of Pepsi, went in and told them but still had to buy a drink, and the young lad serving gave his mate who was in there a free 1 cause he poured me the wrong 1 😂😂

Ordered family boneless bucket, normally a tasty teatime treat however not this time . Not sure if they have changed the coating recipe (hope not) but this time the chicken was so salty we found it difficult to eat, we even tried covering it with the various sauces and coleslaw the salt taste still persisted. Hopefully it's better next time.

What a joke the meals have got smaller and cost more.So I order my food and have the choice between 2 hot wings or a piece of chicken so I chose the piece when I got my food I ask the lady why I had 1 hotwing when she then told me that was my breast of chicken I couldn't stop laughing neither could she I think she was a little embarrassed would never go there again

Nice and convenient to where I live, usually order on the app the use the drive through, I've had no problems with the food which great fried chicken, well worth a visit.

Normally good here better than some others but this last time the food was cold half of it was missing they didn't have the mash so I had to change it for something else and I was sat waiting at the pick up window for about 10 mins. Not very good fast food eh? And there was a massive line behind me. Surly taking that long they would at least have got the order right.

Ordered through drive through. I asked at the collection point if the dips were in there. Got home, no dips! He even checked the bag!! We also ordered 2 cookies and they didn’t give them to us either! Chicken and chips were cold after a 5 minute drive. Appalling!!

Excellent location, new clean restaurant, great food, friendly staff. Took our order and brought the food to the counter and then told us the had no paper plates. That was a bit of a problem with a family sharing bucket, beans side order to share etc and at 6 and 10 year old. A warning would have been appreciated as we might have bought individual meals instead for ease of operation at the eating stage!
