Maxwells in Charnwood

We were there for a family party, the staff were excellent, the food was plentiful and very tasty. We were well looked after during and after the party, we will definitely be back, big thank you to all the staff involved.

Really good value for money and the service I have experienced has always been great. My only complaint would be, the food is not always piping hot when it comes out.

Food is fairly good, just suspecting they are slightly short of staff, as we had to clean and sort out own table. Yet, apart from this, all ok with Sizzlings menu.

Me and my family often come to the maxwells and have enjoyed our time but unfortunately the last 2 visits the food has considerably gone down in quality.My son ordered the chicken nuggets and they came out crispy and looked unappetising, the members of staff were very helpful and changed this to a burger meaning my son had to wait while we ate our main.We came back again to enjoy a Mother’s Day meal but again the food looked unappetising.Calamari was burnt and crispy, the steak was not cooked to what we ordered and the accompanying food was undercooked .The fish and chips the fish was oily and greasy when we arrived home all 3 of us felt unwell… we will not be returning here now as the food is not acceptable.I will say that there is a lady who works here that is very accommodating and professional along with other members of staff who are also welcoming..

Very nice lunch lovely staff very clean toilets . Enjoyable .

This place is so good for the money staff are great food is amazing and car park free. But on busy times I get there early. Not far from Loughborough town centre if h need to do some shopping

Another great meal at Maxwells. 9 of us for a friends birthday. The staff are friendly and helpful, a great atmosphere, and the food is delicious at such a reasonable price. This was mine and hubby's 3rd meal here in 3 weeks. Cannot fault this place. Thank you.

The service was a bit slower than usual, but it was Saturday evening and it was quite busy. The food was well presented and of a reasonable quality, and the staff, as always, were friendly and efficient. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

Took my partner here for a nice meal for her birthday her choice, we had 2 steaks and the cookie desert, we got greated by a friendly lady which later on we found out was manager her service was perfect and the food omg i will definitely be coming back here couldnt complain about anything thank you.
