Mcdonald's Restaurants in Charnwood

Wanted to try new Belgium chocolate frappe and it was worth the price. Quick service as usual and nice drink if you compare it to Costa or Starbucks. Recommended to try once before promotion finishes.

Standard issue Macdonalds. Easy yo order and always fills a gap. I parked and went inside rather than use drive thru. Quick friendly service

The customer service was excellent, a worker called Riana I believe took our order on drive-thru and it was such a pleasure, she was polite and friendly. Even when she took our payment she complimented my car. Really made my day :)

Lovely breakfast roll meal with hash brown and large toffee latte. Immaculately clean newly refurbished also xx

This one is usually better than the one down in central Loughborough, mainly the ice-cream seems to be always in working order. It's spacious and the service quality seems consistent here.

Worst one I've experienced. Apparently they're open. In reality they're not, before their closing hours. Also, came last week and although we were the only customers, they still managed to get our order wrong. Employ new staff.

Service inside is top notch, staff couldn't do more to go out of their way. Lovely people. Food wise, it's a McDonald's but this branch is usually up there to a high standard. (Hot food, quick service, availability.) I do wonder why one of the branches dosent open 24/7 in Loughborough though.

Sometimes it’s good to change your perspective on the normal day to day and order something different. My fav local mcDs by night.

Really friendly crew member with a smile, which always helps.Chicken Big Mac was really nice. Fries, for once were crisp and not soggy which was lovely. The milkshake was sadly runny and tasted more of banana than chocolate which was disappointing. This isn't the first time either. It was OK. Tasted better but tasted a lot worse.

Food was as it always is , you can't go wrong can you ? However if everything looked more like it does in their pictures I'm sure more customers would be happier. A great example of this is my hot chocolate which was definitely below the top up to line on the cup which is where the drinks should reach !! My drink looked like the saddest hot chocolate I've ever seen, hopefully next time it will reach the line of I may have to return to the counter ( I didn't have time this visit or I would of asked them to fill it properly ).
