Mcdonalds Thurmaston in Charnwood

Service pretty good prices reasonable..how ever my first was on 11/07/22 ordered 2 chicken mayor and banana milk shake no taste and 2nd visit today 14/07/22 ordered strawberry milk shake again tasted like vanilla.... this is my local and the best McDonald's. I don't know what's going on there...

Worst mcdonald's i have ever been. I waited for over 25 minutes with the number 02. Plus I had to ask for everything I ordered. Dirty place with flies flying around the tables. Disgusting

The staff are lovely, the food is tasty but the wait is sometimes horrendous. I waited 30 mins for a coffee recently and that was dine in. I've had to ring from click and serve bays to find out what time my order will be ready. Maybe they need more staff to get orders done quicker but also, deal with customers in the restaurant rather than giving priority to Uber and deliveroo.

Yasmin was our server, she was excellent, so friendly and great customer care. My children can be picky, she had patients and kept smiling and helped us get the right order. Very impressed with the effort she went to. Caramel mcflurry!

I had a rubbish experience the 1st time I went here and yet again absolutely diabolical. Don't know why I went again, obviously hoping it had got better.The place was empty but still waited 20mins for our food in the car park, still came out cold. Forgot to put bacon on the grand big mac, but that's not a major issue. The fact that it was cold and the burgers were falling apart was awful. Looked like it has been dropped before it came to us. Took all my strength to not dash the burgers at the windows. Worst mcdonalds iv ever been to and will never go again.

Probably should put 2 stars. Ordered previously, missed an item! Ordered again today, order comfirmed, driver at the restaurant, then suddenly our order was cancelled. Had to go and pick it up! Got home, and guess what, item missing. Phone constantly engaged or even off the hook. Not good enough at all. 9pm finally got back with most of the order 😡

Very slow service, waited 17 minutes for food, drive through seemed to take priority. Wouldn't go into store to order again, even see my chicken burger sat there for 10 mins and as expected was like warm when I walked back to the car. Staff were very apologetic but seemed the organisation was amiss, very disappointing visit

I like the new way of ordering.Place is clean. Thats what you get the stars for.The food however takes too long to be served. Isn't hot when you finally get it, and is so bland and tasteless, you'd get more flavour eating the box the chicken burger and fries arrives in.

I drove down and could see the cars buidling up from Dunhelm, so i thought i would walk in to save time. i walked in at 12:50pm, there was i a few people waiting so i thought fair enough its just really busy. I ordered 3 of the festive burgers large meals. I paid and started to wait for my food 20 minutes went by and i could see customers were starting to get angry, People were waiting at tables for 15-20 minutes not getting food. The whole system is not working, you have staff making burgers quicker than the front end staff could deliver. The food was just pilling up everywhere and going cold, evenetully after a total of 30 minutes wait i got my order whiich was shocking the burgers were cold the chips were soggy and cold. I asked for a large meal, the chips might aswell be small portions. The cocla cola tasted like lemonade but coloured like coke cola. My staff memebrs and myself threw all the food away. If i could give no stars i would. Mcdonalds this franchise needs shutting down, never ever will i spend my hard earned in there again. I have photos to prove what a shambles the thurmaston franchise is. I realised that all the cars queing up makes it look busy, but they are not that busy. Its down to poor managmnet that the whole place is running so badly. Redhill rounderbout beats this shambles hands down to how its run.

Can't fault this maccys. Good was piping hot service was quick all in it was a top experience will definitely call again if they can keep these standards up
