Had a takeaway this evening and it was awful. I've loved this place over the past few years but so very disappointed with what I got this evening. Chicken Tikka starter must have been cooked over and over again, it was so dry and flavourless. My main chicken rezala was watery and again flavourless. I was also expecting it to a much redder sauce with deep flavour. So very disappointing from what was my favourite local takeaway

Have been using the curry house for years and love it! Really good prices and excellent quality with friendly staff. The chicken tikka mazeda is a really delicious treat, I would recommend visiting here for a delicious meal.

I haven't found a curry I like, and then I went to this place for the first time for a takeaway, I got a pasanda for the first time and it was absolutely delicious I can't wait to come again! Love it! Thank you!

Shocking service and disgusting attitude from staff! Not impressed at all this evening! Having being a customer for over 4 years we have been black listed and refused to order. This is because they took over 3 hours to deliver on New Years Eve and we turned away the food having assumed they weren't delivering after trying to call them 150 times! Called this evening to order dispite this happening as I understand new year's could of been busy, to order and pay over the phone, to then be called back 5 minutes later to say they are refusing to take our order and nobody was willing to speak to me not even the manager because they were too angry to speak to me! What have they got to be angry about surely they can't think that service is acceptable, absolutely appalling service won't be going back now sadly and I wouldn't recommend to any one!

Disgusting customer service. We have used this Indian for YEARS. On new years they delivered 4 hours late after over 150 phone calls that they ignored, delivered at 11pm after ordering at 6.30.So the food was declined when they tried to deliver it.TONIGHT we call to order.. even give our details to pay over the phone and they are refusing to take our order. Being VERY rude & refusing to let us speak to the manager. They have decided we are black listed for something that isn’t our fault!! Very disappointed.

Awful attitude - should be Zero stars. Booked for collection, time moved by 10 mins then another 20 minutes. Called to query and then agreed to original timings. On collection was told another 20 minutes. Very rude and then they chose to cancel the order!!! Seeing that only takeaways are open, this place needs to learn some customer service skills. Will never use or recommend again.

Food was absolutely fantastic! Best Indian takeaway I have had in a long time. Everything was perfect! Thoroughly enjoyed by all my family, will definitely be ordering again!!!!! Thankyou very much

What a find! Superb. Freshly prepared and I mean FRESHLY prepared, great tasting Indian food. Every dish had it's own individual taste and uniqueness. Plus taķe your own wine. This makes it all so reasonably priced. We ate in and were treated like royalty. Highly recommend. Suit boaters - close to lock moorings.
