Staff is lazy and dont want to work at all.I can not comprehend how laid back they are! It is like they don’t want to serve or sell anything and prefer to chat with each other.Unfortunately, even though I enjoy their pastries, I won’t be going again as I prefer serious establishments who cares about service and less wait.

I've been a couple of times....customer service guys.....smile it won't kill you...people are coming into your premises and paying with there hard earned money....your in the business of making memories for people....make them good ones....the baked goods are quite terrible.....using the term bakery, should be used very loosely....scones could break windows....im amazed the council have let you run the visitor centre at the Outwoods..maybe put your staff on a bakery course......

Croissant is chef kiss and service is really nice, top cafe in the town centre!

The food was fine but the place was dirty - I put my bag on the floor and when I picked it up it was covered in food. Tables weren't cleared and the toilets left a lot to be desired

Today as an addition to my favourite sourdough bread I took chocolate bread which is delicious! Not too sweet, soft inside and well baked on the outside. Amazing!

I have never been disappointed on a visit to Olivia's. The pastries are to die for, the bread is delicious and the coffee is lovely. The staff are super friendly and will do anything to help. I can't recommend Olivia's highly enough.

We don't live in Loughborough but have family who live near by and recommended this cafe to us. Last time we visited I had breakfast 3 days in a row as the food is so delicious. My biggest recommendation is the cheese and ham croisant. We tried the new outwards cafe as well which is totally different vibe, excellent food, helpful staff and a lovely location. We will be returning customers forever!

I hadn't been here until about 3 months ago when I came into Loughborough on a reconnaissance of my new home town. I stopped for lunch and bought some bagels. These were excellent with a good texture inside and full of flavour - nothing like those rubber rings that suit in supermarket 'bakeries'. Yesterday I came back and had soup (delicious tomato) with sourdough and a decaf coffee. The decaf coffee was really good, and this is to their credit as not many places serve good decaf. The bread I thought was a little airy but had a lot of flavour and good gluten strength. My son had a milk bread bacon cob. As I'm a vegetarian he assured me the bacon was good but I thought the milk cob was a bit too dry. I make milk bread at home and it's quite like a dense brioche. The flavours were great but perhaps a little less time in the oven. Overall I have no hesitation in recommending this place and will certainly be a frequent customer.

My favourite place in Loughborough. The food is amazing, the bread is soft, the coffee is strong, and the staff are lovely. Always the first place I go.

Really nice atmosphere, spacious so that even when it’s full you have plenty of your own space. Food has always been good and fresh and I love the chai latte with oat milk 👍. Definitely a fresh and alternative place in Loughborough, I get some European vibes from the decor. Staff friendly and efficient.
