I have brought a takeaway from this place many times and it’s one of the best Chinese I have ever had.

ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTED!!! August 2020..Orderd Hong Kong Cantonese chicken..the veg was RAW!!!! the so called chef just chucked it in RAW! A child could have done better! You ruined our meal!WE WON'T BE COMMING BACK UNTIL YOU GET A BETTER CHEF!23rd January 2022....Thought I would give you a chance from 2020 just incase you somehow listened to your reviews..I could not even order! The man taking the call just now couldnt say a word that sounded anything like words anyone could recognise! ..I kept saying I'm sorry I have no idea what your saying..how embarrasing for the customers! How the hell do you expect people to order???Yet again disgusted! Your loss! Get someone who speaks clearly so that we have a chance to actually order some dam food!

Used to always be our go too Chinese for about 2 years. I'm afraid to say, not anymore. The last 3 months have been very poor. We order ours by Just Eat so we are given a time of delivery. But never turns up in that time frame. After several calls to the restaurant chasing our order it finally turns up. Driver literally drops on the doorstep, knocks then drives away without any acknowledgement. When the delivery finally turns up, it's either wrong and/or cold. Would say that it's worth the wait, but it's not. Food now is nothing special. We like to think we are patient people, but after 3 orders being like this, enough is enough. Time to find another Chinese.

Absolute joke of a restaurant.Placed an order at 7:45, order was accepted, delivery was set for 8:40. Waited patiently, but by 8:45 we requested an update, only to be told thr food was delayed and would arrive between 9 and 9:30. 9:40 comes around, no food. Get told again it will arrive at 9:50.9:56 arrived and we are told the order has been cancelled, restaurant is closed. Absolute joke will never order from here again.

Usually order from here and food is delivered quickly and hot and tasty. On this occasion, was advised food would be an hour due to being busy (not an issue). Rang after 1hr15mins to be told no idea about order and would be another hour. Cancelled explaining not happy and ordered from somewhere else. 10 mins later our order arrived (although order lost).

Awful delivery service, didn't get to taste the food as it was so late we had to cancel. I ordered via Just Eat at 7pm, it said they would deliver at 8pm. At 8pm I contacted them via Just Eat and they said they would deliver at 9pm. I called them at 9pm and they said it was on its way, I asked how long and they said 25 mins (its 2 miles away) so it obviously wasn't on its way. Not only late but also dishonest and unsympathetic.

Made a order at 18:30pm found out at 20:30 that it was going to take another half hour it would of taken me 2 hours to get my order and the bad thing is the restaurant never calls you to say it's going to be late. Had to ring my self and get my money back as it was a waste of time would of been quicker cooking

Food tastes great but the delivery service is poor. Both times I've used been told it would be 40 minutes almost 2 hours later it arrives. Sorry to say I won't be using them again.

Wouldn’t even give this a 1 star absolutely awful. Waited over two hours for the food and when I rang to chase up the order which I was very polite about, I get told there only just starting to cook the food now. I kindly just asked them to cancel the order as id waited to long as it was and they rudely put the phone down without any response.AVOID THIS PLACE ITS SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
