Probably best not to order from here if you have allergies/intolerances - ordered a pizza with vegan cheese as i’m lactose intolerant, for it to arrive with regular cheese on. Rang up to notify them and told they’re too busy so can’t send out another. I understand mistakes happen but the issue has not been rectified and i’m still hungry!

Can't believe this place doesn't offer salad or friesJust ordered for 2nd time, 4 12 inch and a 9 inch quote 50 odd pound and this is buy one get one free. Your pizza is nice but this is a total joke.. without discount 99 pound lol.. I don't think so

DO NOT USEFraudsters. You money will repeatedly leave your account. Went in there and showed them proof of duplicate amounts leaving after they’d said a card had been declined. Same amount leaving from 2 different accounts. I asked how this was possible, if you say the card was declined. Owner was on the phone but refused to talk and instructed the staff to call the police. Definitely avoid without question. Reviews of 3 stars do no justice to the proprietor Mr Singh and his staff. Definitely 0 stars if it was possibleStill no refund and out of pocket by £42. Papa johns your franchisee is a joke

Terrible pizza and service. Avoid. This is not your usual papa John's. Sunny who served me was totally rude and ignorant. No manners. The other guys in there were equally as bad. I would avoid at all cost.

Phoned up to place an order. Got to the end and quoted a deal they had going, then the man just said no thanks and hung up on me.. very random and very rude! Won't be using pappa John's from now on.

Ordered a pizza online, could see it hadn’t gone through but the money had left my account. I usually buy a XXXL pizza cous it lasts 2 days and have left with nothing and will not be returning either. Absolute joke, no wonder reviews are below average.

Always order from here at lunchtime whilst at work - amazing price and the pizza never let me down. lovely friendly staff too.

I ordered the Big Match Bundle and didn’t receive my drink. When I called the store they said they would send a driver with it and it still didn’t arrive. I called a further 2 times to be met with the same answer that they would again send a driver with my drink! Still waiting!!

Would give no stars if we could. Ordered online, they accepted the order and updated the tracking to 'in progress' for an hour- when really they proceeded to close. No update, no food, no money.Edit to update- having been promised a refund after call, after call, after call and they keep telling me that they are processing it but it has not come through. Called again today- they tell me they cannot process refunds in house. So the have been lying for the best part of a month. They refuse to put me through to a manager or give me the head office number. Worst service, do not order from here, you will be robbed of your money.
