Wonderful service. We ordered hot chocolates for the children, one of them hadn’t tried one before and she very kindly made a tiny one for him to try.

The flat white coffee was decent. The sausage cob was poor. I wouldn't get food here again.

Seems covid safe, nice people, has a ramp for mobility scooters (travel type).

Very bad service the girls have no communication. The nozzle to heat the milk was so dirty with burnt milk that I had to ask the kid to clean the nozzle. They will kill somebody if you have intolerance to milk as they use same nozzle for almond and soya milk. It's disgrace that they don't even give receipt to make sure they charge right. The lady at the till is nice. The manager in the kitchen was preparing food with no gloves. I think hygiene wise they are level 1.

I called-in for a late morning reviver recently and was more than satisfied by the great range of food on offer all at reasonable prices.I had their breakfast wrap for £3.95 and a pot of Yorkshire tea for £1.95 (free hot water top-up was available) and was very satisfied by the speed of service as well as the quality of the meal. The cafe was clean so were the toilets. It was very busy with plenty of customers indoors as well as many outside taking advantage of the hot weather to have an al-fresco meal.I will be back again - probably for a bacon & black pudding cob!

Poor quality food.Eggs where crispy they may as well come in a crisp packet. The bacon was cremated. The milkshake tasted like milk blended with sherbet. The only edible part of the breakfasts we ordered were the tinned beans and the carton of juice. It seemed like everything produced or prepared in the cafe was mediocre at best. It's a real shame for such a beautifully located cafe.

Great place now in the care of Peppercorns and they have done a superb job with refurbishment, now has luxury settees, polished wood tables & chairs. It's a great asset to Abbey Park and use it frequently.Reasonable prices and coffee in proper cups/mugs - not plastic mugs (unless taking away)Another nice feature is that they are dog friendly, and you are welcome to take well behaved dogs in on leads, they even have doggy treats for sale, but only for extremely well behaved muts.Note the location is shown incorrectly on Google Maps, and is actually just over the bridge across the river, not as shown in the centre of Park, which used to be a café many years ago, but is now "an Education Centre" and not open to the public. It is shown as "Abbey Park Pavilion Café" - Not "Peppercorns"

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy tables. .Food literally all over the floor. We asked for it to be cleaned and she took the crockery away leaving us with other people food left on table. Ridiculously long wait for our order of drinks ...then forgot half of it. Will not return.
